I've been trying to make an account for my friend because of this problem, and it's happening to me too. Is there anyone else having this problem, and/or is there a way around it?

The way around it is to put 3 instead of 0 as the answer to Penev's math question.
At least that's the most common problem when you see that error.
To be honest, it's pretty impossible to register to the forum because the verification link doesn't work if you click on it in your email..you have to copy it and go to the forum, and then paste it in the url field.
Load of nonsense really.

I added these instructions to the registration page, so hopefully more people will be able to register without problems now.
