Title: Mafia Signups feat. Controversy and Drama Post by Honko on 03/02/11 at 19:44:56 The long-awaited MB-theme game is almost here! In this game, all the roles will be based on members of this message board. This will be a big game with lots of players and lots of roles, and everyone is welcome to sign up, whether you're an experienced player or a mafia n00b. With very few exceptions, everyone who signs up for this game will be in. Who knows, your name might even appear as one of the roles! By now most of you should be familiar with the rules, but I will be enforcing them very strictly this game. There will be no discussion of this game outside the game topic except where I specifically allow it. No PMing other players, no talking about it on IRC/AIM/MSN/ICQ/ETC. It cheapens the experience for you, it ruins the game for other players, and it disrespects the considerable effort I put into hosting. This will be a large game, so the loss of one or two players won't instantly break the balance, meaning I will not hesitate to modkill you if I have to. If you don't think you can follow the rules, please save us all the trouble and just don't sign up. The game will begin sometime between March 12th and 19th, depending on my schedule. I'm hoping for 20+ players, so it will probably be a longer game lasting around 2-3 weeks. I'm sure some idiots will ignore this paragraph and post in the topic asking when the game starts. Those idiots may or may not end up with extremely shitty roles. I'll be very busy the next week or so, so don't expect me to be around to answer pressing questions like "When does the game start?" I will give at least three days warning before I close signups and begin the game. Random tidbits: This will be a closed game, hosted on this board.
