Don't know if it has been mentioned elsewhere, but it has just been confirmed from this conference the implementation of universal FC's (i.e. one FC per system, used for all online games)

On a side note, the 3DS will be released the March 27th in America (2 days later than in Europe) with a price of 249.99$
