Title: MKSC Best Known Splits Post by V|K on 09/27/10 at 08:44:58 With the recent WR activity, I thought it would be a good idea to start a best known splits thread. This will not only help the top players, but it will also be helpful to eventually determine the GOD standards. For now I just need the top players who remember/wrote down their best splits for as many tracks possible. I don't yet know if I'm going to add non-ZZMT times too, because the ZZMT players are taking over, but I don't know that for sure yet. Title: Re: MKSC Best Known Splits Post by Boom3r on 09/27/10 at 13:24:15 i kept track of my latest wrs and my best splits... haven't wrote them down all the years tbh except the RaR ones SG: first 15"30 normal 15"12 last 14"85 = 45"27 BL: first 23"90 normal 23"71 = 1'11"32 RiR: first 23"68 normal 23"34 = 1'10"36 RaR: first 11"81 normal 11"28 = 34"37 BP: first 15"68 normal 15"47 = 46"62 BC2: first 20"20 normal 20"02 = 1'00"24 it's kinda hard for the retro tracks though there are quite a few possibilities with the non-shroom laps and the worst case is a course with shroomspots near the finish line like VL2 |

I mean that all the splits have to come from the fastest player, to avoid having faster laps with different strats. |

I hit restart after hitting the tree after the first turn... I guess I got 15"48 then. ;D @Chris, it's the way the frames work. The game goes in segments of .01 and .02, and it interchanges iirc. I know I've gotten 15"51 at least 3 times and 15"50 at least twice, so that would make 15"49 impossible. |

I'm not going to go into detail with this as it is a method to catch cheaters, but if you're interested, just to frame-by-frame with VBA. Edit - Also, Andy, which strat are you using? My 15.50 was with the old jumper strat, so I could prolly pull off a 15.2 with Chris's strat. |
