Nah wouldnt of thought they are old skool or in jokes. Here, il break them down for you:-

1. Mark Jones - Chanpion Ninja, in reference to his position as high leader of our MB.
2. Tom Gaffikin - Waffle association. He speaks alot of waffle. Waffle = rubbish. Not my words though.
3. Chris Clark - Im from Watford, and I probably bang on about it a bit too much. Love the place though.
4. Nicola Torre - He is from Italy. Italians are wops. Wop wop wop.
5. Robin Usher - Obvious really.
6. Robert Szabo. Etch is a dude. Picture represents this.
7. Ben Allen - He loves his rock music. Hence rock hand.
8. Scott Abbey - I think he leaves near a corn farm or something. Either way, he is a country bumpkin.
9. Michael Jongerius - He. Is. a. Machine.
10. Cooper Lovera - Buff Bodyguard. Bodyguard lol, i mean lifeguard.
11. Finn Berger - Finn Berger is old and wise. Mr Miyagi is old and wise.
12. April Thompson - The Queen of our MB. She is our true leader.
13. Seb Stellmacher - Ze German. Pic is of some nazi dude I presume.
14. Karel van Duijvenboden - Dutch and proud.
15. Pierre L'Hoest - Dudes as French as they come. The frog, beret and cigarette give this away.
16. William Lacey - Looks sexy dressed as Peach aka Susan.
