Hey guys,

first of all I'd like to say that I'm reallly glad to be in the contest and thanks anyone who has nominate me. I have been here since 2007 but I guess many of you won't know about me so you will find a small brief here: http://speedrunwiki.com/Alvaro_Fababu.

I'd be lying If I say that the fact of being here is enough for me, I want to go as far is possible and I'll do anything (inside of legality obv) to do it. Your vote is important for me to go through R1. In fact is important for anyone of my group, but I'm here to convince you to vote for me.

If you vote me in this first round, I'll made some sort of shoot out making a T-Shirt with the name of each one of my voters and I'll wear it during the vid I'll record myself for the second round taking a beer or a shot with a dedicatory for all of you.

That's my initial idea, but if you have any thought about something that I could do to get your vote just tell me it. Keep alert at this thread cause new things will come in the future.

Thanks for saying that Zack. In my defense I'll say I haven't read Robert campaign until you've said it. What I said about the shirt was the idea that I had in mind some days ago, but as RVZ has put it before than me I'll change it.
Instead of making a shirt with the names I'll write all the names of who vote for me on my own body while I'd making the vid.
Anyway, thanks again Zack and my apologizes to Robert if he could feel bothered to "copied" his idea.

Ok, so first of all I'd like to thanks everyone who has voted for me on R1.
I've re-read my idea for the campaign on my first post and I feel is a bit simple, so I'd like to do something more special.
I'll attend a Muse concert in a couple of weeks (before my next match) and I've thought in continue my campaign there. I don't really know what to do, I haven't thought in nothing particular; so make me know If you have a cool idea. If not I'll do something for you, don't worry.
And to whet your appetite a bit more... I'll also attend the F1 race here in Valencia, before my supposed R3 match ::)

Ok, so I've gone to see the first free training seasons of Valencia's Gran Prix. My parents were out, so I just went alone. I'll like to take some mario kart stuff and use it for my campaign, but as I don't have nothing I just decided to make a t-shirt like tribute to one the most impacting and determinating ecuations proven on lastdays:

I've seen Muse twice, and so far they are the best concerts I've been to period. How was yours?

@Robert: Nah, people just don't pay much attention to it, even the man who took the pic.
@Cam: I've only assisted to a few concerts (Rollin Stones, Guns n' Roses, The Offspring and a few others); but w/o doubt that Muse concert has been the best by far. Amazing staging and the list of songs they played is just epic.
@Tim: Really? Oh man, I was really dissapointed when I realize I wouldn't be able to assit to the Gorillaz concert here in Spain; but then it appeared me the chance of viewing Muse on Madrid. Hopefully I'd see them again on Wembley this year [smiley=beer.gif]. Good luck again man!

Oh, I've just realized that Spain-Germany match is the same day of my match against Timothy.
What do you want me to do then (apart of the typical shirt or flag)? I'll search for a vuvuzela or some sort of it and rec me with it riding a bike around Valencia; but you can give me some other ideas you have for the campaign 8-)

I just can say thank you.
I'm glad to have been chosen to participate here. Passing as 2nd on my initial group just behind Karlo, and beating a great rival as Piet on R2 has been more that I'd have thought to do before this started.
Tim has been a strong rival, MKDS and MKWii has been a great support for him, but he has done a enormous job with his records to get that support; but I will like to thank you the support that I've received from the rest of the games.
