i wanna know if i have world records in non nbt ::)

tell me if you want i translate the french things (globally it says that my records are done without off road boosts , without intentional boosts, without long boosts, without major SCs and without tricks... 8) ;D)

i think its possible i have WRs at MC1, DP1, GV1, KB1, KB2, VL2

I dont know about a NBT WR chart, but your MC1 time seem's very good to me.
In MC1 using long boosts and offroad mini boosts, i have 43,58. Best splits 43,14
I have 51,43 without using any mushroom (o-shroomer race) but using 2 offroad mini boosts per lap (so it's not a NBT race). Best splits 50,46 so my race is not consistent.
Without mushroom and cutting only the first edge with one offroad mini boost, i have a 10.23 2nd lap like your NBT 4th lap.
So, since you dont cut the edge, you have a faster non shrooming lap.
But dont ask me playing without any offroad boosts beacuse after a lot of practice is too natural for me ::)

anyway dont be confused , i talk about NON-NBT, its the same definition than for SMK on SNES , its for records without New Boosting Techniques (without NBT )

the rules for the SMK site are here (http://www.geocities.com/nonnbtplayerssite/rules)

just that some more techniques are allowed in MKSC due to the shrooms, like i described in my page

Yes, i visited your site (and i understand french), but as i tell, i can't really play without any new boosting techniques :)
The nearest way i played is, as i said, my non shrooming MC1 lap:
-9.99 with 2 offroad boosts (the major cutting the big sand area)
-10.23 with one minor offroad boost (first/last corner cut)
I just unable to run without first/last corner boost: Bowser itself want to jump and release the boost, so i cant stop him :P
