what is that all about? I click on different letters and nothing comes up..... it has username and stuff, but there isn't anyones name under it... i don't get it

There is a spot for "Name."
PPL just don't fill it out with there actual name.

I think what he meant is that there's a column for usernames but no usernames appear.
