We had a lot of discussions over at the german board about his WC times and the strat he uses. I remember him (Blutorange) posting his strat in this board too. He is not braking in the spiral but constantly pressing the L-Button. Most of the german players have already seen videos of this strat as well. |

Derek and I will handle all of the proof issues and if someone refuses to provide adequate proof of their skills then we will deal with them accordingly. Remember, having vids available is not a right it's a privelege. With that said... I also think that if you can easily make vids and put them online then you should do so. Using the argument that other people don't do it isn't a good excuse for you to not do it. By providing vids while others do not only shows that you are a bigger person then they and it shows that you are willing to contribute to the overall success and community of this page... which is what I think this page should be about... fostering friendly competition among MKDD players. I also think that if you hold a record which is far and beyond what everyone else currently has then it is your duty to share your strats, at the very least when asked for them. Up to this point the staff have not asked the owners of suspicious or really fast times for vids or strats outside of the context of an official proof call but that is something we reserve the right to do... and if it becomes a problem with specific player that is something we might consider doing. We won't have a Brian Gallo situation on our hands where a possibly true or fake time with a possibly unknown strat is allowed to remain on the page for any decent period of time. So in order to promote friendly and supportive competition I urge everyone to share their vids (as they are capable) and their strats regardless of what others are doing. Withholding these only brings resentment from others in the community. |

They are onyl asking for vid of your strat even if it is not you PR as long has it shwo the full 3lap with the same start you used and his fairly clsoe to the WR that is good enough. So to some up don't be so stupid and ask for vids that are already there. The ones you asked for the basic strat is already shwon for nealry all the vids. Also the majority of people only require you to just say what you are doing different, yet even that has prooved to be a task for you. |

But the time is passing and more and more 50 hz players are reaching on the top and showing that its easier (and even saying it), and 'cause of that and also 'cause of some another things I have done I started complainning more and more about 50 hz players. For me its ridiculous to compare 50 hz times with 60 hz times, on mk64 we have nothing to do about it 'cause pal players can't choose 60 hz, but on mkdd they can, and just a few of them doesn't have a supported TV.
