click on "s'enregistrer" then accept.

"Nom d'utilisateur" -> nickname
"adresse e-mail" -> e-mail
"mot de passe" -> password
"Confirmer le mot de passe" -> confirm password

at the bottom click on "envoyer" -> send/confirm

that should be ok.

where is the "s'enregisrer" text located? Am I just an idiot or is it hidden somewhere?

I really don't want to talk out any secrets, but there is no "s'enregistrer" on the page.
But I'll give a short hint:
The forum is a normal phpBB, just found any page using this forum and remember the URL to the register-script.
This also works in the french forum!
