Umm, my problems weird. Everytime I go to check anything under the Mario Kart Folder (SMK, MK64, MKSC or MKDD forums) every single topic has the new topic "sign" beside the topic, even those that were from way back when. The board problems and general discussion topics are fine though ... Any way to remedy this? ???

I haven't solved it help please yoshi

edit - not exactly what I am looking for... on the main page, all the boards have a star in front of them. Normally, the star is blue when there are new messages, and it is white when there are no new messages. General and Board Problems show up white while all the MK boards are blue... any ideas why? I don't have any posts marked new on any of the boards.

Yeah, it sometimes happens to me also, but when I'm done viewing the new posts, I go back to the main forum folder with all the selections (SMK, MKDD Board Problems, etc) and do "mark all topics as read". The blue star beside the folder should become white.

Well, I have the same problem as Scott, although I have marked all topics as read, and indeed, none of them appears as being "new" when it shows the topic's list, but when I get back to the main message board page, showing all 6 boards, the 4 Mario Kart boards have always appeared as having new messages, no matter what I do. I think it's been that way since the last message board clean up, at the beginning of January.

once you've read all of the topics in the individual boards go to the main page and then hit the "mark all topics as read" button
