right now, i'm trying to work on the avatar thing, for some reason every time i try to allow avatars it gives me an error. Also, for some reason it won't let me add more than one mod for each board... not sure why. So, I made Liem an administrator... so technically he has mod powers now as well. I'll keep working on getting all this sorted out.

just click the profile link at the top. from there you should be able to choose one

OK, if you click on profile on the top menu, it will open up a window that allows you to modify your profile. If you go down a bit you will see a field that says "personal picture" or something like that. There is a list of standard avatars you can choose from or there is another option to link to an outside picture. If you want to do the second option you must upload it somehow to your own server or just link to a picture on somebody else's website. As you can imagine, for bandwith and space limitations, we can't be hosting everyone's personalized avatars, only the default board ones.

yeah, i was just hoping someone has space on their website or server i could put my jpeg on because i dont know what i'm doing!

The board probably only regognizes gif and jpg but you might go to ankgelfire free hosting, upload a jpg and rename it file.txt for it to show on the server but then the Yabb might not show it.

Ya, Yabb is sensitive also about spaces apparently on the pics.
