Karel van Duijvenboden was unlucky with his new WR hit on PAL though it was still a great barrier-close record on DP3 of 1'17"01
Movement
PAL Activity:
PAL World Champion, Karel van Duijvenboden improves his DP3 World Record to near the 1'17" barrier.
#4 Julien Holmiere once again edged out over Florent Lecoanet with a few PRs.
#15 Pierre Coste improved some Mushroom Cup PRs, improving his stats a little
#19 Kalle Videkull, the Champion of Sweden is back! He has hit a few Mushroom Cup times so far focusing on Non-NBT with strong results.
#20 Manuel Babjar lands a mid 1'28" time for RR with this week's efforts.
#26 Olivier Antoine did some good work on the KB tracks, maintaining his position.
#30 David Bonne did some good cuts on the GVs including some platform jumping on GV1 to assist with his PRs.
#47 Mathieu Jaspard climbs a few more ranks and is now only 2 tiny points to passing Peter Toch.
#50 Jean-Francois Schepers follows fairly close behind as he fights through Legendary French karters.
#92 Alvin van Asselt made a fat improvement on all round courses to place him well into the Top 100s with potential for more of a climb!
#150 Steve Bayliss had a strong week nailing some of the targets he was after on MC1, RR and others. He still has a lot of potential, and at 150th place can start to work towards the Top 100.
#169 Samuel Gomez hit a lot of PRs this week making a significant climb to break the Top 170. The cut by Bayliss above is enough to hold off the threat of Gomes in the next weeks.
NTSC Activity:
#7 Pierre L'Hoest improved his KB1 lap PR on NTSC to a very low 9 second lap.
#8 Anderson Barbosa dos Santos of Brazil returned to SMK with a trick lap attempt at GV1.
#15 Tyler Worley passes Seb after improving his PR on RR 5-lap.
#20 Soul Kobayashi, continues to cut his times down well and has begun an attack to take #1 in Japan from Ha Nyan. Some great results so far as Soul reaches the top 20!
#29 Toshi Miura is after a sub 1'13" time next after we thought he pushed the time far enough aready on GV3. He has done sopme spectacular driving there indeed. Well done.
#35 Michael Fried picked up the pace with a few more PRs this week and is cutting his stats down.
#66 Emeric Gosselin made a few KB1 PRs this week.
#87 Jean-Sebastien Dubois of Canada hits 5 PRs with decent cuts to take some average finish off.
#89 Pete Crawford stayed on top of things and kept the PRs flowing. He joined the Top 100s, even passing into the Top 90.
#188 Jacob Goldfinger improved through again on all of his tracks improving his stats overall. However there is still plenty of potential so expect him to climb up fast soon. |

PAL Activity:
#2 Pierre L'Hoest set a small PR for VL2 course time on PAL.

#32 Guillaume Leviach continued to go strong with successful runs on VL1 and KB2 notably with a PR on MC2 also.
#33 Sean Billingsley hit a nice Rainbow lap and along with that a solid VL1 time that he was pleased with.
#49 Mathieu Jaspard of Belgium is still on a mission to pass Peter Toch on PAL World average finish and has made a good cut of near a full point this week. SF veteran Anthony Pichard stands in his way to get that extra rank closer to Peter.
#51 Jean-Francois Schepers maintains his #3 in Belgium position with a few more PRs this week and is fast approaching Pereda.
#59 Ben Allen made a significant enough cut with a few less PRs to pass Hooper for #6 in the UK. Richard O'Neill is the next target.
#108 Andreas Rudmarker of Sweden returns to SMK after an adventure in Norway including a win at the MKDD tournament but a loss to John Barber at Match Race in SMK. However Andreas is going very strong here with an excellent set of PRs on return as he climbs to #7 Sweden with Bjorndahl and Runnelid in the near distance.
#126 Gavin Mace has worked hard on a lot of his times cutting large amounts and has passed James Scrim for #1 in Tasmania. However we will see if James responds with some records next week; the battle continues!
#157 Steve Bayliss is a man on a mission again with Rainbow Road as he is going for the barrier before moving on to other tracks. He has also started on the MC1 training to push that further, and it will resume soon along with other tracks. Steve passes a few more and aims for Bhoja.
#210 Leyla Hasso gains 5 more positions following some PRs on the weaker VL tracks and a few small cuts to KB1.

#29 Toshi Miura did not stop on GV3 and fought his 5-lap down further with an even stronger 5-lap and 1-lap PR.
#35 Michael Fried did a good selection of PRs to cut decent average finish as he climbs to #8 in USA.
#66 Emeric Gosselin of France drives 5 PRs with focus on the KBs. A nice cut on KB1 has helped his ranking.
#93 Jean-Sebastien Dubois of Canada shows us his strengths on his return to SMK with a good average finish cut so far after passing a few rivals, Aubry and St-Louis for #17 in Canada.
#103 Pete Crawford is the next fast climber with a target to reach the Top 100s, and he has almost done it staying very active this week with PRs on nearly every track. Great potential and a USA rank of #44 so far, Pete is set to rival Dubois next week if he keeps up the pace. |

Movement
PAL Activity:
PAL Wold Champion Karel van Duijvenboden pushed at his Mario Circuit 1 driving to cut it down, making a new WR for the 5-lap and a small cut on the fastlap. He continued on the Mario Circuit 3 busting out a new WR there in the end.
#2 Pierre L'Hoest was not stoppable this week on Koopa Beach 1 as he overtakes the rest of the French rivalry with new WR times there.

Gavin makes some smaller cuts, but with excellent work on Bowser Castle 2 this week hits within the Top 150 also. Both karters doing great, keep improving!
#161 Steve Bayliss of the UK made his official return to PAL as he rejoins Team UK in their battle to climb the rankings. Some solid cuts to start off with and passing two more UK positions for #29 in the UK.
#178 Samuel Gomez of France set some PRs for MC1, MC2 and CI2 and improved his stats overall a little.

After writing on a piece of paper "Train on SMK twice a day" (if she actually will do that though...) she worked on a few tracks to see if she could get her form back. Racing lines were a bit off, but GV3 looked promising for later. I suggested she play MC3 and work on a fastlap, which she hit a PR, cutting enough points to pass Boudewijn. Anna is her next target for another position on the Women's Average Finish that she is after.
