Movement

PAL Activity:

#14 Christian Wild made an impressive Top 5 lap time on what looks to be his favorite track, Donut Plains 1. Definitely potential to do some big things on other tracks once he has worked through and we could be looking at a future German Time Trial Champion.

#26 Harold Christensen, Champion of the Parigos Team, skank master, and Legend of many other things has surprised us with a nice little return to SMK this week! He certainly "Opened ze door" on VL1 with a nice sub 10 second lap Non-NBT and an NBT cut on KB1. He has gained a rank over Sweden's Time Trial Champion, Kalle Videkull.

#32 David Moll has also gained another rank this week with three new PRs, two of them were cuts on DP tracks and the third a sub 14 second Mario Circuit 2 lap after some longboost training there.

#120 Christophe Charignon has made time to go through each track and push them through to his potential. Massive cuts were made and the results were very good, placing him at a solid rank within many key rivals on Time Trial and even snesot. We look forward to see his rise to the Top 100.

#149 Russell Horwood of the UK made some subsequent smaller cuts on Special Cup following last week's PRs and also trimmed a bit further on Bowser Castle 1 and Koopa Beach 1. He is now within the Top 150 of PAL.

#227 Stefan Glosby of the UK has been learning the cornering techniques on some tracks and is cutting very good average finish. As he continues to work through the weaker boards we will see him shift into the Top 200 pretty quickly.

NTSC Activity:

#24 Michael Fried of USA returned to SMK this week to retake the Vanilla Lake 2 Trick Lap World Record using Princess. Nice hit there and we hope to see some more action soon!

#140 Chuck Foster returned to SMK again to improve a few times, Mario Circuit 3 was up first for some general cuts then Ghost Valley 1 for some platform jumping action, combining with a 5-lap for average finish gains. Chuck gained a couple of ranks.

#260 Scott Page of Canada who recently joined the Time Trials has already been at work to improve some records; he started off with Mushroom Cup and started a few cuts on other tracks, gaining a good 5 or so overall ranks in the process.

#324 Sam Smith of USA sent in 9 PRs this week and is trying out a variety of tracks which will be good to learn different skills. Following more PRs he reach the Top 300 and push his Mario Circuit 1 down under 1'05" level.
