No new World Records this week...

Movement

PAL Activity:

#2 Karel van Duijvenboden made a little return to PAL this week and a fastlap PR on Ghost Valley 2. A tough fastlap strat to start on but nice progress so far.

#30 Florian Chollet drove a pair of Vanilla Lake 1 times and is extending his overall lead from Bertrand.

#55 Alexandre Burel, the Champion of the Plug n' Play Team within France returned to SMK this week also. His times were on CI1 with some NBT. This has helped to gain a rank ahead of the former PAL TT World Champion of the mid/late 90s, Edwin Peeters.

#72 Freek van der Steen prolongs his work on Koopa Beach 2 with some much better results. However he is not yet maxed out there so he could be back to KB2 for more. Unless some other tracks and average finish points are calling...

#129 Euan Johnston has gained a couple of more ranks on the PAL ladder this week with PRs on some Mushroom Cup tracks and CI1 afterwards. He has plenty more potential on fastlaps there and other courses.

NTSC Activity:

#11 Sami Cetin drove a few more NTSC PRs on Choco Island 1 including a tight enough lap. Koopa Beach 1 followed with some quick NBT work although nothing too extravagent yet. Perhaps with time and patience some better results will present themself.

#15 Ha Nyan drove 5 new PRs improving small cuts on some tracks he has not worked on for a while. His Rainbow Road 5-lap was the main highlight and there is definitely room to make a sharper record there.

#34 Akita Sounori of Japan returned this week with 6 surprise PRs. His BC1 was a nice achievement made with Non-NBT; Mario Circuit 1 and Donut Plains 3 are coming along nicely, with more potential. He is reaching closer to Japan's 4th place rank, held by Masakazu.

#51 Chris Morton of USA also comes back into Time Trial action with a few PRs on Koopa Beach 2 and Rainbow Road, passing a few players on the way. The Top 50 of NTSC is now only a rank away.
