12 October 2009: "Gotta go out like you gotta go out..."
Kart Meet London October 2009

Just a quick note regarding a Gaming Meet in London on the weekend just gone. We had several gamers attending including a number of celebs of the karting community to celebrate my 27th Birthday. It was very enjoyable, and indeed had some strange results on the finals of each game. A big thank you to all of you for attending and to those who helped providing equipment, food, drinks, birthday cake, presents etc. There may be some photos appearing on facebook at some point, so do look out for those smile

No new World Records this week...

Movement

PAL Activity:

#10 Manuel Babjar drove a small PR for DP3 fastlap and defended his rank this week.

#13 Pierre Coste worked on Mario Circuit 3 and 4 this week with NBT driving his average finish down further.

#17 William Jonas passed Gerard Roodhorst this week after his latest times that included NBT and Non-NBT work.

#87 Samuel Gomez improved his GV2 fastlap time to a nice level and lowered the gap to the next karters in the ranking.

#163 Sebastian Stein climbed over 10 more ranks and has reached a string of Germany rivals after making key PRs in GV1 lap with a platform jump, BC3 and KB2.

NTSC Activity:

#5 Florent Lecoanet has been working on some more NTSC NBT with good 5-lap and fastlap times on 3 boards. He has improved a little average finish also with these cuts.

#24 Raul Henrique made a little return with a new fastlap PR on CI2, busting out some of Florent's strategies.

#44 Nicholas Harvey improved a little with Non-NBT on both Koopa Beach 2 5-lap and fastlap.

#49 Ben Allen did an immense improvement this week with a great average finish cut to show what he is capable of. The potential is far greater however after passing Clark for the NTSC #2 in the UK on Time Trial and lots of fastlap times where a greater 5-lap can be made.

#67 Chris Morton made some nice records for Bowser Castle 2 and 3 as he works his way towards the 60th place spot overall.

#102 Dean Barnhart made 3 Non-NBT PRs and is just a few ranks away from touching the Time Trial Top 100 of NTSC once again. Keep up the great karting!
