| New Members Nicolas Chomette, France (PAL 220th, France 62nd, Warrior F) Paul James, UK (PAL 261st, UK 52nd, Apprentice B) Takuma Fujimori, Japan (NTSC 257th, Japan 24th, Apprentice C) New World Records No new World Records this week... Movement PAL Activity: #9 Guillaume Leviach studied his strategies on MC3 and is progressing well with sub 1'30 PRs coming out with solid NBT. #92 Samuel Gomez gained a rank above Nick after a pair of Rainbow Road cuts. If he hops over more of the corners he can push this one further, plenty of Non-NBT potential. #110 Freek van der Steen is pushing harder this week after the recent work of Job Plessius who has been inactive this week. Freek is gaining more ground with his new times on CI2 and KB2, and setting his sights on the Top 100 PAL. #136 Aurelien Durand of France made a surprise return this week and has hit several new times, passing the Austrian Champions by some margin. We look forward to seeing further new records from him soon. NTSC Activity: #3 Guilherme Arantes, the Brazilian Time Trial Champion returned to SMK with a new NBT PR for Ghost Valley 3, close to the Brazil National Record. #32 David Smith, Tennessee State Champion drove 2 new PRs; on KB1 and MC4 and has slightly lowered his stats, while defending his rank. #34 Raul Henrique of Brazil is continuing to move up and will likely challenge David's rank in the next week. He made another small cut to DP1 and several other times on tracks including the VLs. #47 Nicholas Harvey passes Battle Mode World Champion, Drew Blumfield after a stronger volume of PRs; NBT and Non-NBT. The Colombian Champion is next up on the ranks, a few short average finish points ahead. #169 Hunter Koch of USA also made a return this week; beginning with 5 new times with Bowser sporting a decent average finish improvement. |
