News: Matt Ellis has kindly written this weeks update and it’s a good’un. There is a lot going on at the moment and MKSC activity is thriving. I would say anyone who is reading the message board (should be all of you! Proof Call: If you haven’t provided proof then please do so, information is on the message board so no excuses and it makes Andreas’ job easier if you approach him compared to the other way around. Players: Alencar Faria #7 - Not many PR's from Alencar this week, but that doesn't make them any less impressive! Both his double PR's of 1'03"60 (Titan E) and 19"48 (Titan C) on BC2 and his 1'06"50 (Hero C) and 19"53 (Titan D) on SL are top notch times. Players such as Matt Ellis and Michael Fried better keep a close eye on Alencar, because one he gets rid of those times outside of the top 20, he will jump to the #5 place before anyone knows it! Lenny Andreev #52 - Lenny made a small 1.85 AF cut this week, passing two others in front of him. Out of all the PR's he got this week, the pick of the bunch was his 54'90 (Exp C) on SG 3-lap and double PR's of 1'24"21 (Int E) and 14"37 (Adv E) on RMC3. Simon Birker #30 - Simon must have been really motivated by the standards, as this week he passed more than 4 people and cut more than 6 AF points! Simon drove alot of new times this week, such as 1'15"86 (Exp D) on BL 3-lap and 48"31 (Exp D) on RKB. You guys better keep a good watch on Simon, as he looks to be climbing the ranks at a rather fast pace! Alex Hantson #36 - A nice little 2.16 AF cut from Alex, allowing him to jump up 2 places on the charts. He got alot of little PR's, but his most noticable was definantly LP flap with 15"59 (Exp A).Congrats on your first top 10 time! Matt Ellis #6 - Matt must have noticed Alencar closing in on him! He got a 0.76 AF cut this week distancing him farther from Alencar and bringing him closer to Fried. Some noticable PR's from him are 0'50"55 (Titan B) and 0'15"24 (Titan E) on LP, and 0'41"76 (Titan E) on RVL2 5-lap. Karel van Duijvenboden #10 - "The Dutchie" went all out this week, making a very nice 1.12 cut in AF points, bringing him closer to #9 Sebastien Holmiere (comeback anyone?). He drove some top notch times this week, such as 43"23 (Exp A) and 12"65 (Myth E) on BC1, 9"13 (Hero B) on RGV3 flap, and 12"15 (Myth C) on RRR flap. Guilherme Arantes #15 - Guilherme continues chipping at his AF slowly but surely. He made a 1.5 AF cut this week passing 2 people. Some PR's from him that stuck out are 1'15"16 (Titan B) and 23"55 (Exp D) on RiR and 13"95 (Hero A) on RMC4 flap. Alvaro Fababu #67 - Alvaro made a few PR's this week. He cut 3.33 AF points and passed 2 people. From the looks of it, his most notable PR's were 8"35 (Adv E) on MC1 flap and 3"84 (Adv E) on RKB1. Kevin Borne #27 - It looks as if Kevin and Simon are having a little rivalry going on here! Kevin is currently ahead of Simon by 0.61 AF points, but he wouldn't be if it wasn't for his massive 6.65 AF cut this week! His best PR's this week seem to be 1'05"08 (Hero D) on BC2 5-lap, as well as 1'23"26 (Hero E) and 26"11 (Hero E) on BC3. Julien Cloutier-Brassard #55 - Julien is "coming in full force" with alot of PR's this week. He was a little short of cutting 1 AF point, but he still made some nice PR's. Times such as 1'19"38 (Int C) on SL 3-lap and 23"35 (Adv D) on SW flap show that Julien should be able to climb the charts quite fast. New World Records: CL flap - 14'26 (Myth A) by Cole Gilbert SL flap - 17'97 (God) by Matt Ellis RRR flap - 12"12 (Myth B) by Matt Ellis New Players: Welcome to Marcus Whitley (Sydney, Australia), Jan Olijerhoek (The Netherlands), and Rob Vegter (The Netherlands)! Just make sure all of your times follow the rules of the site, and start making your climb up the ladder to the #1 spot! Pow March Week 1: Goes to Simon Birker for his huge av fin cut and passing lots of players in the process. |
