Welcome to the Mario Kart DS Players' List of WR's. Times are divided into three sections, non-sc, sc and beta. The total number of records a player has appears below in the WR tally. In addition to the times, the character and kart choice, splits for course total, lap which the fastest lap is performed on and the player's face is included. There is also a WR history which lists all of the past WR's and when they were set. Well, we all wanted a new and fancy WR chart, and now I present to you...

Giulio kicked things off here with a nice 3lap of 1'39"302 (33"416 - 32"846 - 33"040) and flap of 32"846. David improved the Nokonoko Course some more getting 1'13"809 and 24"332.
March 31st 2009: David Roldan took the biggest step in improving the beta tracks, having textures. Up to this point, we have just been accessing files left on the released game which obviously does not have everything from the beta rom. We have seen plenty of people playing on these courses but importing it to TT mode was the part that required some tinkering. Anyway, the best mkds players in the world are here and as such can finally take these courses seriously now. First up on his list was the Nokonoko Course which offered a faster route which was not only visible but not prone to freezing. This path is a lot faster too dropping the records eventually to 1'14"855 (24"726 - 25"143 - 24"986) and 24"437!

Among the oldest WR's to this date, Giulio Centrone reclaimed the WS sc 3lap which has stood well over a year since BDash went on his rampage there. As with most records, the test of time is the true enemy. While it took awhile for someone to beat it, Giulio managed to nudge it out coming close to the sub with 1'52"023 (36"949 - 37"452 - 37"622).

Unsurprisingly, Thomas responded right away to take it back and finally got the divine time here clocking in at 1'29"913 (29"351 - 29"827 - 30"735) to hit this historic sub first! For his last trick, he perhaps put the coup de grace on CCB 3lap by dropping it to a staggering 1'23"433 (27"466 - 28"085 - 27"882).

November 8th 2008: Marshall LeVett did not forget about the CCB flap returning yet again by coming up big with a time of 27"207! To keep his distance, Marshall drove even faster times with 27"202, then 27"200, next the sub getting 27"191, then 27"187, and finally 27"182. Making his debut on the WR charts now is Tim Shelbourne who showed his potential on TTC but finally made it worth his while by taking the 3lap record sub 1'32 for the first time beating Thomas Bolton's almost year old time with a fantastic run of 1'31"860 (30"407 - 30"524 - 30"929)!

Thomas made up for this loss though by barely edging out Ben's BB flap to now 34"486. Lastly, Abel Marques makes an appearance again to reclaim the almost year old YF flap that Fabien had to bring it down a little to 15"213!
November 1st 2008: Well it finally happened, Ben Stoneman got the run so he wanted on WP 3lap going sub 1'58 first with a ridiculous time of 1'57"989 (39"253 - 39"454 - 39"282). He got some step closer with the flap driving a 39"007. A great day for the BLS indeed.
October 30th 2008: Thomas Bolton answers right back yet again with a new CCB flap of 27"268.
October 29th 2008: Marshall LeVett goes for the CCB flap again narrowly getting it with 27"280.

October 12th 2008: Ben Stoneman refuses to let up now going after BB getting the flap to 34"490 and beat the over year old 3lap with his own sub 1'45 of 1'44"878 (34"614 - 35"374 - 34"890)!
October 10th 2008: Ben Stoneman got back CCB 3lap again getting the sub himself with a 1'23"948 (27"667 - 28"155 - 28"126). Thomas Bolton though struck again with an even faster time of 1'23"909 (27"733 - 28"103 - 28"073).

October 6th 2008: Thomas Bolton was able to defend his MC 3lap even though he used egg1 to beat Abel Marques' time with 1'30"206 (29"562 - 29"928 - 30"716) inching closer to the sub here. He also improved his old BC flap opting to use egg1 too with a time of 36"597.

September 30th 2008: Abel Marques finds his way back onto the charts by taking down the fairly old MC 3lap from Thomas Bolton which used prb with the dry bomber. He was able to beat him opting for egg1 combined with some precision driving and cornering to get 1'30"394 (29"777 - 29"967 - 30"650)!
September 29th 2008: Hitting the rail sc on RR is hard enough but new guy Bjork proved with some practice it can be repeatable becoming the first to go 5/6 sc's on RR taking it sub 1'50 first with an amazing time of 1'49"744!
September 26th 2008: Fabien Da Silva comes to life again only to take the KB2 flap from Nick Welch with a time of 12"779.
September 25th 2008: 水色 showed up again on RR but this time he took the non-sc 3lap lowering it to 1'56"725 (38"616 - 39"016 - 39"093). Marshall LeVett showed up to defend this track again though taking the non-sc 3lap and flap in just one run with a solid time of 1'56"435 (39"119 - 38"134 - 39"182) with the second lap being the new flap of 38"134 giving him all the RR WR's.

September 16th 2008: It did not stop there though because Marshall LeVett improved his CCB flap to 27"568 and then 27"490!
September 15th 2008: Marshall LeVett decided to play something other than RR and ended up taking the CCB flap from Thomas Bolton by a tiny amount getting 27"643.
September 9th 2008: We waited long enough but at last, Thomas Bolton delivered the first sub 17 on DP1 flap coming out of the woodwork to get a fantastic time of 16"972! Lastly, Marshall LeVett improved his RR non-sc 3lap again with 1'56"765 (39"169 - 38"532 - 39"064).
September 7th 2008: After a long time, ステルス gets his name on the charts again by joining the RR fray barely taking the non-sc 3lap with 1'56"815 (38"557 - 39"068 - 39"190). However, Marshall LeVett wasted no time striking back getting a slightly faster record in no more than 3 hours with 1'56"804 (38"613 - 39"174 - 39"017).
August 29th 2008: Wasting no time at all, Marshall LeVett now goes sub 35 himself on RR sc flap defending his record there with an even faster time of 34"599!
August 28th 2008: Although センジュ didn't retake his RR non-sc 3lap time yet, he did do something better. The RR sc flap has been primarily done using the shroom to land on the rail but that all changed today when he made a WR run using an mt instead. Saving the shroom for the pipe sc later saved an incredible amount of time because he became the first player to go sub 35 and by a rather large margin with a breathtaking time of 34"695! It might not be perfect yet but it sure is damn close to it. The RR saga continues!
August 26th 2008: Marshall LeVett countered by hitting the RR non-sc 3lap now thanks to the corner cutter. It's been about 5 months since センジュ set his time here and even now, Marshall only beat it by a tiny amount getting 1'56"821 (38"535 - 39"255 - 39"031).
August 20th 2008: It looks like it has finally gone full circle now with センジュ finally reclaiming the RR non-sc flap using the corner cutter to soundly beat Marshall LeVett's time with an awesome 38"201.
August 10th 2008: Hard to believe but Marshall LeVett answered back again on RR non-sc flap getting a cleaner run with the corner cut taking it down more than a tenth this time with a 38"350!
August 9th 2008: Not even the triple eights were lucky for Marshall LeVett yesterday because 水色 striked back and got the RR non-sc flap again without using the corner cutter with a sick time of 38"455!
August 8th 2008: Well that time did not last long because Marshall LeVett decided it was time to play some RR non-sc now. Going for the flap, he tried the old cut the corner trick before the corkscrew which has been tried by several but seemed to be a waste of time or too tricky to pull off. Since you can use a shroom when you land after hopping down there for the flap there really should not be a reason for this to be slower. In the end, he took the flap under 38"500 first with a sick 38"468 thanks to giving this idea another look over.
August 7th 2008: Better known for his times on WS, 水色 got his first record in quite awhile but did so on RR non-sc flap. Nudging センジュ out by just enough, he now holds the best time there with 38"514.
July 17th 2008: Patience pays off for Marshall LeVett who became the first to sub 1'52 on RR sc 3lap barely getting it with a nice time of 1'51"993 (35"068 - 38"647 - 38"278). At the same time, he beat his own flap record here almost going sub 35 thanks to the BLS with that first split of 35"068.
July 12th 2008: Ben Stoneman continues to drive his WP times to godliness by taking down his 3lap again getting closer to the sub with 1'58"171 (39"300 - 39"408 - 39"463)!
July 11th 2008: Ben Stoneman made a return to the WP flap improving it three times today getting 39"063, then 39"050, and finally 39"036 coming oh so close to the sub 39.
July 7th 2008: Thomas Bolton delivered another phenomenal run on F8C going prb on all 3laps again lowering his time slightly with razor close splits getting 1'12"663 (24"219 - 24"211 - 24"233) without using a shroom to boot!
July 3rd 2008: Thomas Bolton did not wait too long to return the favor by taking the YC times back from Ben Stoneman with 1'25"573 (27"858 - 28"876 - 28"839) and 27"717. The final blow was on FS 3lap where Thomas drove a 1'38"443 (32"462 - 33"341 - 32"640) raising his WR total to an all time high of 45 times, sick.
July 1st 2008: Ben Stoneman went on a YC rampage finally taking down Thomas Bolton's almost year old times. Ben first got the 3lap with 1'25"922 (27"918 - 28"983 - 29"021) but improved it to 1'25"873 (27"832 - 28"859 - 29"182). Next was the flap where he edged Thomas' time out with 27"759 but ended up with 27"743. Most importantly, Ben made a return to WP to deliver us a run that should be worshipped. Using his shroom on the second lap, he got a downright unbelievable time of 1'58"306 (39"396 - 39"424 - 39"486)! That was not all though as Marshall LeVett improves his RR sc 3lap by just 4 thousandths of a second getting an even time of 1'52"500 (35"498 - 38"625 - 38"377).
June 24th 2008: Thomas Bolton made his return to AF in style by taking the record back from Ben Stoneman and got the first run with the splits all sub 35 getting 1'44"566 (34"933 - 34"911 - 34"722).
June 21st 2008: Ben Stoneman won't keep the pressure off Thomas Bolton's last performance by going sub 1'45 on AF 3lap himself beating his time by a sizable margin with a sick run of 1'44"634 (34"586 - 34"996 - 35"052)! Thomas did counter though by going back to lap two for the TTC flap reclaiming that record from Ben with an equally impressive 30"138.
June 19th 2008: Thomas Bolton got back into the swing of things by taking back the LM 3lap from Ben Stoneman by almost a tenth with 1'32"219 (30"873 - 30"966 - 30"380). The best was yet to come on CM where Thomas also regained his 3lap by becoming the first player to sub 1'47 with a monster run of 1'46"825 (35"033 - 35"860 - 35"932). That first lap is nearly 2 tenths quicker than the flap he set almost a year ago making you wonder where he gained that extra time. Thomas would not disappoint delivering us the sub 35 with an outrageous time of 34"953! The King is back to 40 non-sc WR's once more.
June 14th 2008: Realizing the true strength of BLS, Ben Stoneman has again pushed his WP times down further reaching absurd times of 1'58"414 and 39"097.
June 10th 2008: Ben Stoneman reclaimed the LM 3lap from Thomas Bolton by just going 1 thousandth of a second faster with 1'32"312 (30"929 - 30"897 - 30"486)!
June 7th 2008: Ben Stoneman improved his TTC flap again but getting the sub this time with an impressive 30"182. For a change of pace, センジュ got a new record which was not RR related by beating Thomas Bolton's almost year old record on CM 3lap by less than a tenth of a second driving a 1'47"461 (35"563 - 35"998 - 35"900)!
June 5th 2008: Ben Stoneman strikes again on none other than WP bringing his 3lap down to 1'58"628 (39"612 - 39"274 - 39"742). He also beat his TTC flap by a little with 30"201.
May 23rd 2008: Ben Stoneman wasted no time trying to beat his already insane WP 3lap with BLS and was successful getting a sick 1'58"747 (39"249 - 39"824 - 39"674) and beat his flap again with 39"150! Thomas Bolton quickly busted onto the scene though taking the CCB flap back barely with a 3 thousandths of a second improvement getting 27"649. Thomas did not stop there because he went back to AF to take the flap back from Ben there too and improved his 3lap to boot getting 1'44"895 (34"494 - 35"322 - 35"049) with that first lap as the new flap record at 34"494 going sub 34"500 first!
May 22nd 2008: Ben Stoneman finally reclaimed the SR flap from Fabien Da Silva getting 32"423 and currently stands #3 in the WR tally. This small time improvement was good and all but the main focus quickly turned to WP, again. Several folks laughed at Josh Griffin and his crazy theory that one day the BLS would take control of the WP times. Perhaps he had poor control of his porksword at the time but the torch eventually got passed down to someone capable of doing it, Sascha Brauninger would be proud. Ben embraced the power of BLS to beat his WP flap going sub 39"200 with 39"196!
May 18th 2008: The fun just seems to continue for Ben Stoneman on WP beating both of his times again with 1'58"812 (39"343 - 39"729 - 39"740) and 39"202. Thomas Bolton however woke up again by warming up on PG where he improved his almost year old 3lap by a little to 1'26"685 (28"880 - 28"347 - 29"458).
May 17th 2008: Ben Stoneman could not stay away from WP for too long and bumped his times down to 1'58"855 (39"300 - 39"796 - 39"759) and 39"226.
May 14th 2008: Ben Stoneman just can not help himself and now takes the AF flap from Thomas Bolton bringing it down to 34"514!
May 9th 2008: Getting back to his roots, Ben Stoneman returned to FS and triumphantly reclaimed the 3lap beating Thomas Bolton's time with a sick run of 1'38"490.
May 5th 2008: It's been relatively quiet until Ben Stoneman took down a beast of a time down on CCB flap which Thomas Bolton has almost held for over a year by getting 27"652!
April 18th 2008: Seeing as Ben Stoneman is the lone wolf on WP, he finally got the time he was looking for and became the first to sub 1'59 there with an outstanding time of 1'58"982 (39"273 - 39"793 - 39"916) and also beat his flap by a little with 39"233!
April 13th 2008: Ben Stoneman is getting very close to the fabled 1'59 barrier on WP 3lap first making another small cut with now 1'59"305 but then came up with a 1'59"118!
April 12th 2008: Ben Stoneman improved his WP 3lap again with a very tiny cut getting 1'59"325 (39"782 - 39"689 - 39"854).
April 6th 2008: Seeing the recent competition there, Thomas Bolton decided to give MC GCN a try and of course blew the 3lap time out of the water going well under sub 1'13 with a respectable time of 1'12"530 (24"279 - 24"262 - 23"989). Thomas also took the flap with 23"908 bumping Connor McDonald and Michele Magnaterra off the charts.
March 28th 2008: Thomas Bolton eventually took MMF back from Paul Gourdon knocking him off the charts once more getting slightly faster times of 1'03"274 (20"901 - 21"247 - 21"126) and 20"571.
March 26th 2008: Thomas Bolton narrowly beat BDash's MB 3lap with 1'10"363 (23"572 - 23"219 - 23"572) and blew the flap away going sub 23 with a sick 22"998!
March 24th 2008: Nick Welch reclaimed the KB2 flap from Fabien Da Silva by first driving 12"835 but then blew it away by subbing with a nice time of 12"796! Thomas Bolton took BC 3lap back from Velzar going sub 1'53 first with 1'52"777 (37"607 - 37"922 - 37"248). Michele Magnaterra tied Connor Mcdonald's the MC GCN flap with 23"978*.
March 22nd 2008: センジュ continues to dominate on RR non-sc and finally pushed the 3lap under 1'57 first with some impressive splits getting 1'56"879 (38"719 - 39"082 - 39"078).
March 20th 2008: Thomas Bolton improved his PC flap to now 16"881!
March 19th 2008: Ben Stoneman decided to take the TTC flap now beating Thomas Bolton's time there sticking to the first lap strat getting an impressive 30"214. Connor Mcdonald struck back on MC GCN first lowering his flap to 24"009. As with most WR's, he turned to the power of BLS to go sub 24 first getting 23"978 and got the 3lap back from Nick Welch with 1'13"254 (24"494 - 24"569 - 24"191). Connor did not stop there though, getting away from the beta tracks he decided to take the MB flap down beating Thomas' time there to sub 23"100 first beating his record out with just 23"093!
March 18th 2008: Nick Welch got back on once again taking the MC GCN 3lap from Connor Mcdonald getting a time of 1'13"559.
March 11th 2008: From Japan, Velzar joins the charts by taking down the oldest WR to this date which is none other than Thomas Bolton's BC 3lap! He did not beat it by much but a new record is a new record and he ended up getting a time of 1'53"048 (37"712 - 37"884 - 37"452).
March 7th 2008: Wasting no time, Connor Mcdonald went ahead and took the MC GCN 3lap as well from Giulio Centrone driving a slightly faster time of 1'13"685 (24"851 - 24"474 - 24"360).
March 5th 2008: Perhaps a top player in the future, Connor Mcdonald joined the charts by taking the MC GCN flap from Giulio Centrone coming very close to the sub 24 time getting 24"026.
March 2nd 2008: センジュ took his RR non-sc flap back from Giulio Centrone with 38"533 and slightly improved his 3lap closer to sub 1'57 getting 1'57"131 (38"938 - 39"183 - 39"010).
March 1st 2008: Fabien Da Silva opened up March madness by taking the SR flap back again from Ben Stoneman with 32"458.
February 29th 2008: It was a leap day extravaganza with Giulio Centrone starting things out by taking the RR non-sc flap back from センジュ getting 38"582. Next up was Thomas Bolton who finally turned to the power of BLS first on BC2 3lap where he barely managed to take out BDash's 4 month old time with 1'32"107 (30"735 - 30"139 - 31"233). In the middle of all this, a previous World Champ picked up the game again to take his WR's back on MMF to get back on the charts. This was none other than Paul Gourdon who finally trumped Thomas' 3lap with 1'03"305 and took the nearly year old flap from Giulio back with a tiny improvement of 20"584. Lastly, the WR spree ended with Thomas improving his WS sc flap to 36"607. Only once every 4 years!
February 28th 2008: Ben Stoneman did it again, he improved his WP times to 1'59"342 (39"383 - 40"036 - 39"923) and 39"274 getting closer to the 1'59 and 39 barriers!
February 27th 2008: As usual, Fabien Da Silva had some times hoarded up and revealed them today starting off with KB2 where he finally reclaimed the 3lap from Mercury with 40"573 (14"141 - 13"500 - 12"932) and the recent flap from Nick Welch with 12"841 taking him off the charts again. Fabien did not stop there by also taking the SG 3lap back from Mercury narrowly beating his time with 1'01"233 (20"554 - 20"497 - 20"182) which bumps him off the charts too. Last but not least, Fabien saved the best for last by breaking the epic 20 barrier on SG flap with a phenomenal time of 19"954! It was rumored that Mercury went sub 20 first but Fabien ended up the winner with a faster time. Fabien is back to #2 in the WR tally with 10 but still trails #1 Thomas Bolton who has 40.
February 25th 2008: Thomas Bolton decided to take back the TTC times from BDash making a small improvement on the 3lap getting all splits sub 31 with 1'32"110 (30"538 - 30"780 - 30"792) and edged the flap out with 30"223.
February 20th 2008: BDash took the DH 3lap back after a long time by becoming the second player to sub 1'11 beating Kevin Barbieux's impressive time set back 8 months ago to take him off the charts with a great time of his own with 1'10"753 (22"419 - 23"371 - 24"963)!
February 11th 2008: センジュ defeated Josh Habben's half year old RR non-sc flap with 38"609 which means he is back to holding both WR's here and Josh is off the charts.
February 10th 2008: BDash drove his first two WR's for this year by taking down Thomas Bolton's TTC times from 5 months ago getting a slightly better 3lap of 1'32"515 (30"450 - 30"983 - 31"082) and blew his flap away by over a tenth with 30"231! His new times also put him back to #2 in the WR tally.
February 9th 2008: It's almost been a year since Nick Welch got a WR but today he was able to get back on the charts by reclaiming KB2 flap beating Fabien Da Silva's almost one year old record getting 12"872!
February 8th 2008: Ben Stoneman improved his WP 3lap again taking it down by more than a tenth with a sick run of 1'59"440 (39"523 - 39"963 - 39"954)!
February 6th 2008: Marshall LeVett proved he was not a one trick pony by taking the RR sc flap from Giulio Centrone using standard rb to barely get the record with a time of 35"227!
February 4th 2008: Thomas Bolton improves his PC flap with BLS a little more getting 16"923!
February 3rd 2008: Things started off with Thomas Bolton getting a faster time on DKP flap again with now 34"409. The momentum shifted when Giulio Centrone did the unthinkable coming up with the sub 1'30 on DS 3lap! It could not have gotten any closer because he got under the barrier by just 1 thousandth of a second with 1'29"999 (30"171 - 30"220 - 29"608). Thomas however scored another record taking the PC flap from Fabien Da Silva by switching to BLS for an impressive time of 16"958 putting him back to a WR total of 40.
February 2nd 2008: It didn't take long for Thomas Bolton to report a faster DKP flap taking it back from Ben Stoneman again with a small improvement of 34"439.
February 1st 2008: Once again, Ben Stoneman grabs the DKP flap record beating Thomas Bolton's time by only 3 hundredths getting 34"453.
January 30th 2008: Thomas Bolton made a huge improvement on his LC2 flap beating it by almost 3 tenths with 24"375!
January 24th 2008: Marshall LeVett once again beats his RR sc 3lap time going sub 1'53 first with another 4/6 sc run getting an outstanding time of 1'52"504 (35"517 - 38"483 - 38"504)!
January 17th 2008: Perfection continues to be reached on DS 3lap as Giulio Centrone improves his time to now 1'30"427 (30"420 - 30"378 - 29"629) coming ever so closer to sub 1'30.
January 11th 2008: Can anyone be this lucky or is it pure skill? Marshall LeVett struck again improving his RR sc 3lap WR to 1'53"394 (35"724 - 38"746 - 38"924)! With much better splits this time, it took him near the 1'53 barrier but the hunt for a 5/6 sc run continues. Giulio Centrone focused on DS flap some more first getting 29"096 and then 29"005. Fortunately, he did not leave the WR there ending up with a time almost 2 tenths faster than his record from yesterday getting the sub with an insane time of 28"944!
January 10th 2008: Who would have guessed it, Marshall LeVett got his first WR going sub 1'54 on RR sc 3lap first! He is the second to get a 4/6 sc run beating Giulio Centrone with a nice time of 1'53"995 (36"037 - 38"935 - 39"023). There is still a lot of potential going 4/6 but the next holy grail of RR will be a 5/6 sc run. Quite a fancy way to join the charts! Giulio however took the DS flap back from Thomas Bolton pushing it down to 29"120, one step closer to sub 29 here and once again both DS WR's in Giulio's possession.
January 5th 2008: Ben Stoneman once again regained control of the SR flap beating Fabien Da Sliva's time by just 1 hundredth with 32"489! Thomas Bolton also turned to standard rb for DS flap beating Giulio Centrone's time by over a tenth with a nice time of 29"162 which means he is back to holding 40 WR's.
January 3rd 2008: Thomas Bolton did not take too long to go back for the LM flap Giulio Centrone recently took from him getting a slightly faster time of 30"222. Still on lap 1, could we see a sub 30 here one day?
January 2nd 2008: Ben Stoneman kicks things off by improving his WP flap by over a tenth of a second getting a nice time of 39"306! Giulio Centrone was second to strike taking the RR sc flap using BLS on both sc's with 35"235 which was enough to beat Josh Habben's time set back 3 months ago with standard rb during the RR sc war. It was not over because Japan finally made a comeback on RR non-sc with a previous WR holder here センジュ entering the charts again taking back the 3lap beating Giulio's time with a consistent run of 1'57"260 (38"787 - 39"259 - 39"214)! Both have splits for the sub 1'57 and the flap could also come under a battle as well. Lastly, Thomas Bolton improved his LM 3lap again with 1'32"313 (30"400 - 31"031 - 30"882). What a way to start off the year!
December 31st 2007: Ending the year on a nice note, BDash improved his SR 3lap time going sub 1'39 first with an impressive time of 1'38"857 (33"074 - 32"934 - 32"849) and Ben Stoneman took down the 7 month old WR on LM 3lap barely beating Thomas Bolton with 1'32"960 (30"512 - 31"082 - 31"366)! It was not over yet when Thomas decided to take his record back on LM in just 7 minutes of playing first getting 1'32"814 and finally 1'32"427 (30"921 - 30"849 - 30"657) making him the first player to get all splits under 31 here.
December 30th 2007: Thomas Bolton strikes again taking the MB flap from Fabien Da Silva by only 8 thousandths with a time of 23"100! The battle on SR 3lap continues with BDash taking the record back once more getting 1'39"214. The best was yet to come when Thomas decided it was time to make the kart switch on CI2. Now using BLS, he was able to sub 15 on the flap taking it back from Fabien getting a huge time improvement of 14"866! But that's not all, Thomas took the polt for the 3lap first improving the old record by more than 6 tenths going sub 46 first with a beastly time of 45"431 (15"254 - 15"099 - 15"078).
December 29th 2007: Ben Stoneman improves his WP flap again getting a new time of 39"410. Fabien Da Silva got a new WR taking the recent CI2 flap from Thomas Bolton with 15"063! Either way, looks like Switzerland will be first to get the sub 15 here.
December 28th 2007: Thomas Bolton takes back both FS WR's barely beating BDash's 3lap getting 1'38"641 (32"654 - 32"483 - 33"504). He also beat the flap knocking シヴァ off once more with an impressive time of 31"889 being the third player to go sub 32 here! The only question is how long until Japan strikes back?
December 27th 2007: Still playing WP, Ben Stoneman beat his 3lap there again getting a new time of 1'59"582 (39"577 - 39"966 - 40"039).
December 26th 2007: Ben Stoneman slightly improved his WP WR's which earned him a 1'59"627 (40"016 - 39"681 - 39"930) and the flap which breaks the tie with シヴァ getting 39"430!
December 24th 2007: Thomas Bolton takes the SR 3lap back beating Fabien Da Silva's recent time by only hundredths with 1'39"349 (33"282 - 33"179 - 32"886)! Giulio Centrone however beat Thomas' 5 month old LM flap beating it by over a tenth of a second with an impressive time of 30"235.
December 22nd 2007: Once again, Ben Stoneman quickly finds his way back onto the charts now taking the WP WR's! Ben was able to beat Thomas Bolton's 3lap getting a time of 1'59"653 (39"480 - 40"014 - 40"159). And once again, we have a WR tie! Ben got the exact same time as シヴァ with 39"442*!
December 21st 2007: It's been awhile since there has been sc activity but Giulio Centrone returned to RR and improved his 3lap time there getting the first 4/6 sc run! Although he managed to add the rail sc in, it was not a whole lot faster than his previous time due to some mistakes, etc. Giulio ended up getting 1'54"102 (36"054 - 38"649 - 39"399). Nevertheless, it is a new WR and only a glimpse of the potential this track still has! Thomas once again defends his CI2 times but is still short of the subs here! He took them back knocking ドコモダケ and Ben Stoneman off the charts going just a little faster pulling a 3lap of 46"074 (15"409 - 15"385 - 15"280) and a flap of 15"109.
December 18th 2007: Thomas Bolton once again improves his DKP 3lap but this time taking it sub 1'45 first! After getting sub 1'45 on BB and AF not too long ago, you knew he wanted to get this time before the year was out. Breaking a major barrier here, Thomas got an amazing time of 1'44"866 (35"119 - 35"046 - 34"701)!
December 16th 2007: Another WR falls with Fabien Da Silva reclaiming LC1 3lap from BDash beating his time set on the lucky date July 7th 2007. His time lasted awhile but Fabien ended up the victor now holding 1'10"390 (23"585 - 23"522 - 23"283)!
December 15th 2007: The WP flap fell again but this time it was a Japanese player claiming the record! The last time they had it was when BDash tied Lars Stelzig's almost sub 40 run. Starting to add his name to more tracks, シヴァ was able to beat Thomas Bolton's time here going a little faster with 39"442!
December 13th 2007: And once again, シヴァ reclaims the FS flap getting the 2nd sub 32 run here beating Ben Stoneman's recent barrier breaking time to get back on the WR charts with 31"956. This meant Ben was back to zero WR's but it did not last long as he took down Thomas Bolton's 5 month old CI2 flap besting it by only 1 thousandth getting 15"131!
December 12th 2007: Down but not out, Ben Stoneman got his way back onto the charts in a dramatic fashion. Using the strat pioneered by シヴァ, Ben was able to take the FS flap from him and finally reach the sub 32 which bumped him off the charts. Only 5 thousandths of a second faster than the previous time, Ben got a barrier breaking time of 31"997! Japan was very close but Australia beat them to the punch, well done! With Fabien Da Silva getting back into things, the next WR he got was an improvement on his LC1 flap. Taking it back from BDash last time, Fabien finally dropped this below 23"300 getting 23"278. Later, he soon got 23"211. And in his usual fashion, ended up with an even sicker time of 23"121! This was a pretty significant improvement in such little time. He did not get the 3lap here from BDash yet but with best splits approaching sub 1'10 you can be sure that is on the checklist.
December 11th 2007: Taking an old WR his back, Fabien Da Silva managed to beat BDash's YF 3lap which barely broke the tie between Thomas Bolton and Cole Gilbert here 2 months ago. Fabien is the first player to go sub 46"500 but there is still potential for this time to come down some more. Nevertheless, he got the WR here again beating the previous time by more than a tenth with 46"473 (15"534 - 15"470 - 15"469).
December 10th 2007: It took awhile but the 1'31 barrier on DS 3lap fell today as Giulio Centrone reclaimed this WR from Thomas Bolton who beat his time earlier this month. Being forced to play in order to retain his title as King of Delfino Square, Giulio finally got the splits he was looking for getting an amazing time of 1'30"744 (30"386 - 29"869 - 30"489)! This course is not at full potential yet, using BLS here has only been a recent change, and the best splits put us near sub 1'30 so that will most likely be the last minute barrier to fall here. Viva Italia!
December 9th 2007: ドコモダケ from Japan made his first appearance on the charts today taking down Thomas Bolton's 5 month old CI2 3lap time with 46"093 (15"516 - 15"349 - 15"228)! It's not much faster than the previous WR but is one step closer to sub 46 for egg1 which has proven to be quite challenging.
December 5th 2007: BDash takes back FS 3lap beating Mercury's recent time here with 1'38"665 (32"637 - 32"638 - 33"400). Both of them have best splits approaching the sub 1'38 here so it will be exciting to see how this WR progresses. BDash becomes #2 in the WR tally with a total of 9 records! It did not last long though as Fabien Da Silva awakens from a mkds slumber to bust out some quick SR WR's. The 3lap has not been quite perfect here so it is a race to see who will get sub 1'39 first. With a not so great run, Fabien still managed to beat BDash's time with 1'39"379 (33"339 - 33"368 - 32"672). Fabien also got the flap here still using egg1 on lap 2 with 32"499 which bumped Ben Stoneman off the WR table after his month long stint being here in November. Fabien is finally back to double digits with 10 WR's and #2 once more. Switz domination continues!!! Last but not least, Giulio Centrone started to reclaim his lost WR's by first taking standard rb out on DS flap beating Thomas' time with an impressive 29"278!
December 2nd 2007: Thomas Bolton gives us an early Christmas present with a total of 11 new WR's he revealed today! First we come to DS where Thomas decided to try BLS out on the 3lap and reclaim the flap. Again, we fall short of sub 1'31 beating Giulio's time by just 3 hundredths with 1'31"310 (30"674 - 30"600 - 30"036). In a similar fashion, he only bested Giulio's flap by 6 thousandths of a second with 29"326! Some of the older WR's to fall were WP where Thomas finally took the 3lap and flap back. The top three times here fall less than tenth apart from each other with Giulio now second and BDash third. Thomas was quick enough to take the 3lap though and is the first to complete all laps sub 40 with a time of 1'59"723 (39"799 - 39"941 - 39"983). Again, Thomas managed to just beat out Giulio's flap by 6 thousandths of a second with 39"456! Next was his revenge on AF. Falling short of sub 1'45 last time, Thomas decided it was time to get it done first getting 1'45"072 (34"599 - 35"334 - 35"139). At least he beat his 3lap but his first lap of 34"599 was fast enough to take the flap back from Ben Stoneman who beat his time there last month. Thomas could not leave it there and he finally broke this barrier first getting 1'44"927 (34"966 - 35"120 - 34"841)! He also improved his flap again getting 34"593. Another barely WR was BC flap where Thomas also used the polt beating out Giulio's time by a little to reclaim this record with 36"633. Thomas finally made a return to DP1 taking the 3lap back from BDash getting 52"173 (17"551 - 17"440 - 17"172)! It's also worth noting that his last lap beats BDash's fastest lap in the dry bomber which he did in his DP1 3lap record. Approaching both subs here, Thomas did an amazing time on the flap just falling short of the barrier breaking 17 run with 17"006. Getting near another huge sub is BC2 flap where it only seems to be a matter of time before someone goes under 30 seconds. Crushing Giulio's time, Thomas is less than 1 tenth away now with a sick time of 30"083! BLS has not made its debut on the 3lap here yet but you can expect it to happen sometime in the future. Last but not least, Thomas managed to improve his MC 3lap time but in a very stunning way. Instead of using egg1, he switched to the dry bomber and proved that it is possible to keep prb going for 3laps here! There is still potential in this strat and the sub 1'30 looks more real than ever now. Although it is not a significant cut off his last time, 1'30"418 (30"488 - 30"289 - 29"641) is the first MC prb 3lap time! Thomas is back to holding 40 WR's while BDash and Fabien Da Silva share 2nd place with 8 WR's a piece. Fantastic Times!!!
November 30th 2007: It has been more than a year since BDash last held the WR on SR 3lap but today was the day he took it back ending up with a nice time of 1'39"494 (33"216 - 33"199 - 33"034) to cap off this busy month on SR!
November 27th 2007: Improving yet another WR he got this month, Ben Stoneman took more than 2 tenths off his SR 3lap getting a nice looking time of 1'39"555 (33"402 - 33"289 - 32"864).
November 25th 2007: Ben Stoneman became the second player to go sub 1'46 on DKP so you knew the WR was in his reach once again. He eventually beat Thomas Bolton's time from a few months back with 1'45"776 (35"137 - 34"909 - 35"730)! To top that off, Ben tied Thomas' DKP flap set the same day as his old 3lap time there with 34"599*! Japan finally took back both FS WR's which has been a course predominately held by them with the exception of Switzerland now and then and some other various players on the flap. Mercury defeated Thomas' FS 3lap barely with a time of 1'38"743 (32"761 - 33"290 - 32"692). As usual, Thomas hoarded some DKP times in case Ben was able to beat his current records which happened today. Shockingly, Thomas is almost sub 1'45 here now with a sick time of 1'45"052 (35"333 - 34"483 - 35"236) and took more than a tenth off his previous flap breaking the tie with Ben in the same run getting 34"483. Long live the DKP WAR!
November 22nd 2007: Ben Stoneman improved his SR flap again using egg1 almost beating it by a tenth of a second with an amazing time of 32"533!
November 12th 2007: Once Ben Stoneman put his mind to it, he finally got the SR 3lap time he was looking for. Becoming the second player to sub 1'40 here, Ben took Thomas Bolton's time down from about 6 months ago getting an equally sick but faster time of 1'39"789 (33"379 - 33"255 - 33"155) to take control of both SR WR's!
November 11th 2007: Fabien Da Silva revealed 3 new WR's today which included the YF flap which he has once again reclaimed getting an even sicker time of 15"222 which takes Abel Marques off the charts. Fabien also took the SG flap beating Mercury's time from a few months back with 20"160! Lastly, he bested Giulio Centrone's recent MB flap taking it down to 23"108.
November 9th 2007: Ben Stoneman made a bigger cut to his AF flap still doing it on lap 1 getting an amazing time of 34"618!
November 7th 2007: Ben Stoneman improved his SR flap some more still using egg1 to get 32"621.
November 5th 2007: Australia made a comeback on AF but it was not Thomas Rielly! Ben Stoneman got another WR by taking down the AF flap a little beating Thomas Bolton's time from June with 34"662.
November 2nd 2007: Ben Stoneman started looking at non-snow courses and beat Thomas Bolton's SR flap to get back on the WR table. Although Thomas used BLS, Ben was able to beat his time just using egg1 and lowered the record down to 32"682!
October 28th 2007: Giulio Centrone tied Thomas Bolton's MB flap set near the end of last year getting 23"216*! Giulio was not satisfied and felt he could take down the last WR from 2006. That same day, he would meet his goal and take it all the way down past 23"200 getting 23"143 and ultimately 23"133.
October 27th 2007: Staying true to his tradition here and making it seem that this WR is his, シヴァ took the FS flap back again and fell almost as short you can get of a sub 32 run getting 32"001! Has he done this on purpose? Whoever beats this WR next will surely go sub 32, one would hope.
October 26th 2007: Getting back on the WR table was Ben Stoneman who actually beat the FS flap held by シヴァ getting a slightly faster time of 32"066!
October 19th 2007: Giulio Centrone returned to BC getting the flap WR but with the polt instead of egg1. Thomas Bolton's time was from early on this year but there is still some uncertainty to which kart may be the very best for the flap. Again taking the WR by just enough, Giulio holds the BC flap with 36"661.
October 16th 2007: Giulio Centrone responded very quickly to losing the DS 3lap but by doing the unthinkable. Using BLS for the first time, he was able to beat BDash's time by just enough to take the WR back getting 1'31"340 (30"740 - 30"745 - 29"835)! It is still possible to go sub 1'31 with the polt but BLS has far more potential.
October 15th 2007: It seems only BDash and Giulio Centrone are allowed to hold WR's on DS 3lap! BDash took the record back using the polt getting 1'31"375 (29"591 - 30"797 - 30"987).
October 14th 2007: Fabien Da Silva strikes back! He took back his beloved PC 3lap time and pulled off an amazing flap as well. With some even better splits, he lowered PC 3lap all the way to 51"541 (17"140 - 17"196 - 17"205). Still using the polt for the flap, he went sub 17 first getting a ridiculous time of 16"990! Giulio Centrone beat Thomas Bolton's BC2 flap with BLS getting 30"243.
October 9th 2007: Getting away from sc's finally, Giulio Centrone took down the RR non-sc 3lap getting 1'57"634 (39"445 - 38"934 - 39"255).
October 7th 2007: BDash took the spotlight again taking down the fairly old BC2 3lap held by Thomas Bolton and closing in on a sub 1'32 run using the polt to get a time of 1'32"180 (30"926 - 30"682 - 30"572). This is the first time we have seen all laps sub 31.
October 6th 2007: Making the video that got everyone trying the pipe sc, キノコカービィ took the RR sc 3lap WR for himself with a time of 1'55"866 (37"935 - 38"893 - 39"077). Giulio Centrone became the first to land both the rail and pipe sc in one run! Although the run was not that clean, he beat his old time that just used the rail sc with 36"222. Adding an extra mt in on the part before taking the pipe sc made all the difference for Giulio who also took the RR sc 3lap WR again crushing the previous time by over a second and going sub 1'55 first with an amazing time of 1'54"571 (37"663 - 38"319 - 38"589)! The RR sc flap was begging to go sub 36 and again, Josh Habben came out of no where using standard rb to hit both the rail and pipe sc's cleanly getting a sick time of 35"400. All that remains now is to see the rail and pipe sc's put together on the same 3lap run. Amazing times these past three days!
October 5th 2007: The action on RR continued with ハトムギ taking the RR sc 3lap WR back and getting the first sub 1'56 with a time of 1'55"905 (37"935 - 38"893 - 39"077)!
October 4th 2007: Long after Etch showed the possibility of a second sc on RR, キノコカービィ demonstrated that this sc is indeed faster getting the first lap sub 38! Not to be confused with the rail sc, the pipe sc is a lakitu glitch which involves turning around and jumping off the track towards the giant red pipe near the loop so you are placed before the corkscrew skipping a part of the track. Now that the secret is out, a RR sc WR battle would begin. First to complete a RR sc 3lap using the pipe sc each lap was ハトムギ who also went sub 1'57 first with a time of 1'56"562 (38"317 - 39"178 - 39"067). Inbetween the RR craze, BDash broke the tied WR on YF 3lap going only 6 thousandths of a second faster with 46"581 (15"532 - 15"450 - 15"599)! BDash also took PC 3lap back beating Fabien Da Silva's somewhat old time getting 51"747 (17"201 - 17"227 - 17"319). Giulio Centrone was active again and just like WS sc, he was very eager to take on the new RR sc. He beat ハトムギ new RR sc 3lap WR by getting 1'56"221 (37"611 - 39"068 - 39"544). Giulio tried again but fell short of the first sub 1'56 on RR sc 3lap getting 1'56"010 (37"593 - 38"909 - 39"508) to end today's WR spree.
September 28th 2007: Thomas Bolton also took TTC 3lap barely with a time of 1'32"680 (30"449 - 31"070 - 31"161). More amazingly, Thomas pulled off the first BLS 3lap prb on MC1. Even though he did not go inbetween the pipes, he beat Fabien Da Silva's polt time by a large margin with 38"284 (13"016 - 12"699 - 12"569)! The 3lap madness continued on YF where Thomas tied Cole Gilbert's 3lap time of 46"587* (15"596 - 15"392 - 15"599). And with that, Thomas now holds 40 non-sc WR's!
September 27th 2007: Thomas Bolton's rampage was not over yet! He stole the TTC flap from Giulio Centrone going only 3 thousandths of a second faster with 30"332.
September 26th 2007: Thomas Bolton returned to WS sc flap where he lowered it even further with 36"773 but finally settled with 36"672. Thomas also turned his attention to BLS prb on MC1 taking the flap WR with 12"423!
September 24th 2007: Finally, Thomas Bolton welcomed BB and not surprisingly came up with some WR's here. For the 3lap he got 1'45"454 (35"045 - 34"876 - 35"533) and almost lowered the flap a tenth of a second with 34"695. Staying true to his rapid pr rate, he beat the BB 3lap again and became the first to sub 1'45 with an astonishing time of 1'44"960 (35"087 - 34"810 - 35"063)!
September 23rd 2007: Thomas Bolton came back to WS to gets his flaps back and was successful getting a non-sc flap of 37"449 and the first sub 37 on the sc flap with 36"972.
September 21st 2007: BDash took control of all the WS WR's! He was the first to take the WS non-sc records with BLS prb beating Thomas Bolton's flap with 37"539. What was more scary was the 3lap where he became the first to sub 1'55 and 1'54 in non-sc with 1'53"927 (38"131 - 38"026 - 37"770). For the WS sc records, he also used BLS prb just missing sub 37 with a flap time of 37"018. BDash was a little faster than Giulio Centrone on the 3lap and came close to sub 1'52 with a great time of 1'52"174 (37"186 - 37"413 - 37"575). I still think white BLS is faster than the gray BLS.
September 20th 2007: Abel Marques surprised us once again taking the YF flap WR again with an amazing time of 15"247! Thomas Bolton beat DP1 flap again getting 17"082 which is interestingly the exact same time as Fabien Da Silva's PC flap.
September 17th 2007: BDash fought back on DP1 taking both WR's in a single run with the dry bomber! He took the 3lap down even further with 52"210 (17"541 - 17"462 - 17"207). His last lap, even though it was with the dry bomber beat Thomas Bolton's egg1 time so the flap stands at 17"207 for now. Thomas of course would not let his record go away so he knocked it down with egg1 again all the way to 17"096!
September 15th 2007: Thomas Bolton took the LC2 3lap today edging out BDash's first sub 1'15 run with 1'14"755 (25"249 - 24"854 - 24"652). He also lowered his CCB 3lap time with 1'24"330 (27"907 - 28"242 - 28"181). He defeated his old BC2 flap time with 30"324. Saving the best for last, he went sub 28 on PG using the polt with an outstanding time of 27"925! For the first time in a long time, one person now holds more than half of the non-sc WR's in the game and that of course is Thomas now. Switz domination continues!
September 14th 2007: Since his last WR back in May, Sascha Brauninger has only been losing WR's. He finally fell off the WR table with Thomas Bolton beating his insane YC flap getting a time of 27"789. Thomas also beat the 3lap held by BDash recently going sub 1'26 first with a great time of 1'25"951 (28"248 - 29"004 - 28"699).
September 13th 2007: Fabien Da Silva got some revenge unveiling some WR's today to make up for some of his lost ones. Despite Cole Gilbert's and Abel Marques' battle on YF flap, Fabien got the last laugh getting sub 15"300 first with 15"289! Fabien also took the PG flap back using the polt this time but failed to get sub 28 here with 28"052! Fabien also took MC1 flap back having to use BLS of course getting 12"473. He barely beat BDash's LC1 flap getting a time only 4 thousandths of a second faster with 23"318! Lastly, he took DP1 3lap from BDash with a nice time of 52"533 (17"651 - 17"510 - 17"372).
September 5th 2007: Cole Gilbert improved his DH flap which he got some months ago taking it down to 21"553.
September 3rd 2007: Giulio Centrone took the MC GCN WR's once more improving on Cole Gilbert's times with 1'13"761 (24"659 - 24"553 - 24"549) and 24"038. BDash took WS non-sc 3lap back again finishing close to a sub 1'55 of 1'55"077 (37"855 - 38"668 - 38"534)!
September 2nd 2007: Abel Marques went ahead and broke the tie he had on YF flap with Cole Gilbert bringing it down 15"308. On a more important note, the F8C 3lap was beaten but by Thomas Bolton this time! Using BLS with full prb first, he was able to complete it faster than Sascha Brauninger's excellent polt with full prb run. Taking it slightly closer to the legendary sub 1'13, Thomas got an impressive time of 1'13"356 (24"394 - 24"339 - 24"623). Shockingly, he beat the F8C 3lap again but managed to sub 1'13 first with a phenomenal time of 1'12"753 (24"251 - 24"201 - 24"301)! He soon did the same thing for the flap going sub 24 first with an equally amazing time of 23"966. Thomas has splits showing it's possible to sub 1'12 so that is possibly the last barrier that can be broken on F8C. All hail Switzerland!
August 29th 2007: It seemed impossible but inevitable, Cole Gilbert has done BLS prb on MC1. He managed to take the flap and sub 12"500 for the very first time barely getting under that barrier with 12"499. BDash's WS non-sc 3lap time only lasted a few days with new guy 水色 taking the WR with 1'55"236.
August 26th 2007: True to his mystery time, BDash proved the WS non-sc 3lap had tons of potential, even without prb! He got a nice time of 1'55"436 (37"760 - 38"400 - 39"276). Josh Habben had no success on the sc but lowered his RR non-sc flap a little with 38"664.
August 24th 2007: Continuing some sc activity, Giulio Centrone got the first sub 1'53 and 3/3 prb on WS sc 3lap taking it back with 1'52"813 (37"166 - 37"971 - 37"676).
August 23rd 2007: Giulio Centrone finally landed the rail sc on RR barely beating Josh Habben's time here with 36"369.
August 18th 2007: BDash did another impossible record, beating Sascha Brauninger's BP 5lap time! He was able to beat the old time taking it sub 42"700 first with 42"696 (8"661 - 8"549 - 8"505 - 8"546 - 8"435). Giulio Centrone finally got his sub 1'46 run on BB but a WR to go with it as well. He ended up with 1'45"584 (35"084 - 34"849 - 35"651).
August 17th 2007: Thomas Bolton revisited DKP to get the first sub 1'46 with a time of 1'45"907 (34"681 - 35"543 - 35"683)! Ben Stoneman also returned to DKP to take down the flap again with 34"695. If not moments after, Thomas uploaded his time of 34"599! Keep up the great work DKP Gods!
August 16th 2007: シヴァ quickly demonstrated the full power of his new FS flap strat dropping it straight to 32"077!
August 15th 2007: It was that time again for シヴァ to reclaim FS flap but he developed another new strat here. Starting off with a left facing mt instead, he then released a right facing mt to jump over a portion of a snow bank before the one we usually jump over. Upon landing from that first jump he used the shroom to clear the normal one and took the record back with 32"274. Thomas Bolton was quick to fight back on FS flap using the same strat as his last time here with 32"266. Giulio Centrone improved his BB flap to 34"783. Last but not least, Thomas finally took the MC WR's down. After the battle between Sascha Brauninger and Fabien Da Silva here, Thomas finally stepped in to do what neither could, sub 29 the flap! Switching to the polt, Thomas first got 29"032 but ended up with an amazing time of 28"974. Thomas also took the 3lap and pushed it a little closer to sub 1'30 here with an equally impressive time of 1'30"448 (29"602 - 30"169 - 30"677).
August 14th 2007: Recently out of a WR slumber, Thomas Bolton took both FS WR's going sub 32"300 first with 32"291 and going sub 1'39 first with a sick time of 1'38"765 (32"663 - 33"324 - 32"778). BDash joined in the barrier breaking fun too with the first sub 1'15 on LC2 3lap reclaiming it from Fabien Da Silva getting 1'14"865 (25"176 - 24"939 - 24"750)!
August 13th 2007: シヴァ takes the FS flap back again but with an unorthodox shroom spot going over the large snow bank after hopping over that stream. All that matters was a faster time which he ended up getting with 32"351.
August 12th 2007: Getting his first WR, Abel Marques tied Cole Gilbert's recent YF flap with a time of 15"326*! Barely taking DKP 3lap was no other than Ben Stoneman who clocked in a time of 1'46"508 (35"806 - 35"013 - 35"689). Since Cole did not have to fight back for a flap he took the YF 3lap instead smashing Fabien Da Silva's time with an insane 46"587 (15"536 - 15"460 - 15"591). Since his favorite track was under attack again, Thomas Bolton made a quick return and took DKP 3lap back with 1'46"294 (35"595 - 35"668 - 35"031)!
August 10th 2007: Some WR's came from Japan today with BDash taking the MB 3lap from Sascha Brauninger slightly with a time of 1'10"392 (23"374 - 23"532 - 23"486). Mercury got the first sub 53 on DP1 3lap with a great time of 52"963 (17"784 - 17"597 - 17"584)! It did not last very long because BDash drove a 52"742 (17"666 - 17"560 - 17"516) soon after.
August 9th 2007: Cole Gilbert continued to battle on YF flap taking it back once more with 15"326!
July 16th 2007: It was time for Thomas to take on LC2. He was able to remove more than a tenth of a second off Fabien Da Silva's last time getting 24"645! Thomas also improved his LM flap taking it under 30"400 first with 30"376. Fabien's WR misfortune continued with Mercury taking the SG times. On the 3lap, Mercury got a just as if not slightly more amazing time of 1'01"353 (20"661 - 20"459 - 20"233). The last lap of 20"233 was over 2 tenths of a second quicker than Fabien's best lap but Mercury pushed it even lower with 20"182!
July 14th 2007: Thomas Bolton finally got around to CM again and was able to top Sascha Brauninger's 3lap time by just enough getting the WR with 1'47"531 (35"866 - 36"036 - 35"629). Thomas also destroyed his previous CM flap getting 35"250 and finally 35"231!
July 7th 2007: Triple 7's becomes very lucky for BDash who beats both LC1 WR's in just one run! He brought the 3lap down to 1'10"661 (23"735 - 23"604 - 23"322) with his last lap beating the flap WR with 23"322.
July 6th 2007: Japan comes back on the WR chart attacking Fabien Da Silva's times. A new player called Mercury takes the some what old KB2 3lap WR with a time of 40"635 (14"076 - 13"516 - 13"043). Giulio Centrone made a return to DS to reclaim the flap with a time of 29"332 using standard lg.
July 5th 2007: It was Thomas Bolton's turn to get some WR's now! First he improved his CI2 flap to 15"132. He took LM flap from Fabien Da Silva with 30"442. Thomas also improved his CI2 3lap with 46"131 (15"468 - 15"327 - 15"336). Next, he improved his DP1 3lap with 53"189 (17"868 - 17"710 - 17"611). One of his best today was WS non-sc flap beating BDash's mystery time with an impressive 37"574! Finally, Thomas took control of the F8C flap with a time of 24"212.
July 4th 2007: Still on a WR streak, Fabien Da Silva improved his LM flap slightly with the record now at 30"462.
July 3rd 2007: Typical of Fabien Da Silva, he was hiding a time that he already had on YF flap but since he had the WR he did not bother telling anyone so the record now stands at 15"366. He made up for it though taking down Sascha Brauninger's YF 3lap first sub 47 run with one of his own clocking in at 46"830 (15"609 - 15"566 - 15"655). He also drove a new YF flap WR with 15"337.
July 2nd 2007: Cole Gilbert beat the MC1 flap WR that Fabien Da Silva and Sascha Brauninger have fought over by subbing 12"600 first with a time of 12"594. Fabien quickly took the record back though with a time of 12"567. Thomas Bolton joined in on the WR fun taking DS flap back with 29"384 and took the WS sc flap with 37"105. It's not over yet! Cole made up for his short lived MC1 time with a YF flap WR barely beating Fabien's time with 15"383.
June 30th 2007: Fabien Da Silva responded to his lost LC2 flap with a new WR there of 24"754!
June 29th 2007: BDash revealed two WR's he had gotten which included YC 3lap 1'26"350 (28"470 - 29"154 - 28"726) and LC2 flap 24"782.
June 21st 2007: Cole Gilbert takes control of MC GCN 3lap now with the first sub 1'14 there getting 1'13"983 (24"463 - 24"641 - 24"834).
June 15th 2007: Etch turned to Toad power to beat his Dokan Course 3lap time again coming up with a very consistent run and subbing 1'25 with 1'24"631 (28"259 - 28"213 - 28"159).
June 14th 2007: DH Revolution! Kevin Barbieux went all out on his favorite track going sub 1'11 first with an extraordinary time of 1'10"954 (23"985 - 23"529 - 23"440). He also beat the flap once more with 21"769. Etch bested his Dokan Course flap holding the only WR with Bowser with a time of 27"766. He also blew away his 3lap time there driving with DK getting 1'25"066 (28"118 - 28"777 - 28"171). To Kevin's surprise, Cole Gilbert beat his DH flap getting 21"675!
June 9th 2007: Thomas Bolton improved the DP1 flap again with egg1 getting 17"250.
June 6th 2007: Japan gained control over WS again with ステルス getting his first WR which beat Giulio Centrone's 3lap sc run with a time of 1'53"500 (37"541 - 38"120 - 37"929).
June 4th 2007: The best was yet to come from Thomas Bolton on AF where he not only beat the flap again but defeated BDash's 3lap from about a month ago. Although faster, Thomas fell short of sub 1'45 with 1'45"087 (35"070 - 35"116 - 34"901). For the flap, he lowered it to 34"693. Fabien Da Silva struck again beating Thomas to the sub 1'11 on LC1 with a time just under it with 1'10"998 (23"768 - 23"729 - 23"501). Fabien also improved his old flap here getting 23"356! Just another day's work for Switzerland again.
June 3rd 2007: The God of the Fortress has returned! Thomas Rielly made a comeback on his track taking the AF flap down to 34"758. Besting Thomas Bolton here would mean revenge for sure. Before trying AF again, Thomas Bolton completed the first BLS run on LC1 3lap displaying potential for a sub 1'11 with a time of 1'11"346 (23"842 - 23"733 - 23"771). Cole Gilbert came onto the WR charts with a better flap on MC GCN using egg1 instead of the polt with a time of 24"156. Finally, Thomas Bolton defended his AF flap taking it back with 34"741.
June 2nd 2007: Christian Lapeira got his first WR holding the best Test Circle time thus far with 3"208!
May 30th 2007: Thomas Bolton seized control of PG taking the 3lap and flap. He is the first to sub 1'27 with a time of 1'26"831 (28"449 - 29"568 - 28"814) for the 3lap and got close to sub 28 on the flap with 28"082. It finally happened on BB 3lap. All that effort Sascha Brauninger put into bringing it closer to sub 1'46 became realized when he got a great time of 1'45"663 (35"193 - 35"318 - 35"152). He was lucky that Giulio Centrone missed it by 9 hundredths of a second.
May 29th 2007: Etch completed the first time trial runs on the Nokonoko Course, which is an extremely glitchy and unstable course. Nevertheless, he persevered and found his way through untextured delight to get a flap of 28"786 and a 3lap of 1'27"348 (28"850 - 29"177 - 29"321). Giulio Centrone also joined in on the fun with new WR's on MC GCN beating Nick Welch's times from a few months back with 24"351 and a 3lap of 1'14"242 (24"711 - 24"562 - 24"969).
May 27th 2007: The PG flap fell the most it has in quite awhile with Fabien Da Silva bringing it down more than a tenth of a second with 28"202.
May 26th 2007: Thomas Bolton did not let Giulio Centrone enjoy LM 3lap too long beating him to the first sub 1'33 with an astounding time of 1'32"983 (31"160 - 31"024 - 30"799).
May 25th 2007: A day to remember in the mkds history books. Sascha Brauninger strayed away from mkds time trials and the kart gods made him pay the ultimate price. WR activity was rather slow this month but in reality, Thomas Bolton, Giulio Centrone and Fabien Da Silva were gathering enough WR's to take down Sascha from his #1 spot and revealed them only until now. There were 18 new WR's in all and with that, Thomas Bolton took the title of World Champion. First for Thomas was CCB where he took them back with 27"678 and 1'24"545 (27"824 - 28"342 - 28"379). The long awaited 1'40 barrier on SR 3lap was broken by Thomas with a phenomenal time of 1'39"843 (33"390 - 33"151 - 33"302)! Thomas took the DKP WR's back from Ben Stoneman with 34"808 and 1'46"551 (35"046 - 35"639 - 35"866). Next was CM flap where Thomas nudged out Sascha's time with 35"363. Last for Thomas was CI2 3lap getting 46"339 (15"581 - 15"474 - 15"284). First for Giulio was LM 3lap where he came close to sub 1'33 with 1'33"132 (31"182 - 31"080 - 30"870). He also took the TTC flap record back with 30"335. Giulio beat Paul Gourdon's MMF flap with an impressive time of 20"588. Last for Giulio were BB WR's including 34"843 and 1'46"090 (35"205 - 35"162 - 35"723), and yet still no sub 1'46! Last but not least, Fabien Da Silva took the MC1 WR's back one more time barely beating Sascha on the flap with 12"602 and went sub 38"500 first with 38"445 (13"074 - 12"643 - 12"728). Fabien also reclaimed PC 3lap with a consistent run of 51"806 (17"235 - 17"277 - 17"294) and lowered the flap again with 17"082. Fabien also bested his LC2 flap with 24"799. And now finishing it all, Fabien took the YC 3lap with 1'26"565 (28"424 - 29"055 - 29"086). Gute Zusammenfassung! G-TB14!
May 19th 2007: シヴァ beat Giulio Centrone on WS sc flap lowering it to 37"222 now.
May 10th 2007: Sascha Brauninger's SG 3lap record did not last long once Fabien Da Silva hit the first sub 1'02 and used egg1 instead of the traditional dry bomber here. Fabien's run was very consistent killing the previous WR with 1'01"573 (20"673 - 20"451 - 20"449). It was a three in one WR technically because the second lap was faster than his previous SG flap of 20"475 making 20"451 the WR before completing the last lap of 20"449!
May 9th 2007: Sascha Brauninger took the SG 3lap with 1'02"273 (20"883 - 20"759 - 20"631).
May 8th 2007: Josh Habben landed a RR sc 3lap which was actually faster than the non-sc WR despite some terrible zero shroomers getting 1'57"108 (36"462 - 40"187 - 40"459).
May 7th 2007: Sascha Brauninger decided it was time to take MC1 3lap back as well with a time of 38"576 (13"070 - 12"800 - 12"706).
May 6th 2007: Sascha Brauninger took MC1 flap back once more beating Fabien's time by over a tenth of a second with 12"607.
May 5th 2007: It was time for a new WS sc 3lap WR with シヴァ getting 1'54"449 which is just a little quicker than Giulio Centrone's time set recently. Fabien Da Silva attacked MC 3lap now and beat Sascha Brauninger's record there too with 1'30"761 (29"682 - 30"243 - 30"836). With this time, Fabien is tied for World Champion with Sascha Brauninger who are at 18 WR's each. Sascha quickly reacted to this possible threat getting MC flap back with 29"225 and MC 3lap back with 1'30"551 (29"606 - 30"038 - 30"907). Fabien beat the flap again with 29"167 but Sascha ultimately won with a time of 29"109! Giulio improved the WS sc flap a little more taking it down to 37"254. He was more focused on taking the WS sc 3lap back and on the same day, subbed 1'54 first with 1'53"567 (37"395 - 38"213 - 37"959)!
May 4th 2007: Giulio Centrone beat his WS sc flap again with 37"353. Fabien Da Silva got a new WR taking Sascha Brauninger's MC flap which was supposed to be perfect with 29"251 which is only 1 hundredth of a second faster.
May 1st 2007: It took about a month or two before the top players could pull off Steven Glen's sc discovered on WS back in March. Giulio Centrone was the first to produce a flap using the sc that beat the non-sc time held by BDash. Giulio first drove 37"616 followed by 37"566. Nicolas Barco also got a WS sc flap beating Giulio's time with 37"517. Giulio responded quickly with 37"477. He would not let it end there though because a WS sc 3lap run was begging to be done! Giulio was the first to go sub 1'55 and 3/3 on the sc with a time of 1'54"519 (37"682 - 38"283 - 38"554). He beat the sc flap once more with 37"381.
April 29th 2007: Fabien Da Silva crushed the FS WR's beating BDash's old time with 1'39"032 (32"727 - 32"577 - 33"728) for the 3lap and beating Giulio Centrone's time with 32"360 for the flap. Josh Habben got a new WR on RR sc flap with 36"386

April 2nd 2007: Fabien Da Silva stunned us all when he got a time of 8"145 on BP flap, Peach FTW. This is a seriously strong time, some suspect it will go unbeaten for quite awhile, if ever.

March 27th 2007: Giulio Centrone continued working on TTC taking Sascha Brauninger's 3lap down with 1'33"801 (30"562 - 31"666 - 31"573). He also beat his flap there and now has 30"401. It didn't take long for Sascha to retaliate gaining both WR's back. He first got a 3lap of 1'33"594 but followed that up with 1'33"508 (30"572 - 31"495 - 31"441) and 30"397. March 18th 2007: Fabien Da Silva took the KB2 WR's back with a 3lap of 40"790 (14"199 - 13"449 - 13"142) and a flap of 12"878. Sascha Brauninger defended his KB2 3lap quickly with 40"747 (14"168 - 13"544 - 13"035)!

March 12th 2007: BDash took on WS with the new strat and came up with a fantastic flap of 37"669. Sascha Brauninger improved MB 3lap once more to get 1'10"471 (23"399 - 23"466 - 23"606). Giulio Centrone set his eyes on the YF flap now going sub 15"500 first with 15"476!

March 1st 2007: Fabien Da Silva reveals his new PG flap of 28"388. Sascha Brauninger quickly joined in on PG flap WR activity beating Fabien's time with 28"322. The most amazing time today came from Kevin McAteer who trumped a near perfect time for Sascha Brauninger on WS flap. The big trick here was a strat innovation which saves quite a lot of time. Using an mt to hop over the last set of mini hills, Kevin holds the WS flap at 38"354!
February 28th 2007: Fabien Da Silva attacked LC2 taking Nick Welch's flap here with 24"938. He also took down BDash's old LC2 3lap with 1'15"401 (25"468 - 25"049 - 24"884). As you can see, he rebeat the LC2 flap getting 24"884 in the same run as his 3lap WR.

He beat Giulio's flap by a little over a tenth of a second and the record now stands at 20"691. Fabien Da Silva narrowly took the PG flap from シヴァ with a time of 28"473. Josh's RR WR's would not last long once Nicolas Barco beat the 3lap and his own flap in just 5 hours and in the same run! Nicolas lowered his RR flap to 38"827 and just missed sub 1'58 with 1'58"049 (38"827 - 39"700 - 39"522). Probably the only WR's held with DK! Nicolas also beat the RR sc 3lap so he has that WR as well, didn't even have to use the sc.
February 24th 2007: Sascha Brauninger improved MC flap to 29"261, says it's perfect!
February 23rd 2007: Stealing another one of Sascha Brauninger's times, Thomas Bolton took YC 3lap with 1'26"667 (28"539 - 29"212 - 28"916). To get revenge, Sascha took the flap from Thomas with 27"972!
February 22nd 2007: A day after stealing the flap, Thomas Bolton blew Sascha Brauninger's BC 3lap out of the water by beating it almost by a full second with an impressive time of 1'53"434 (37"577 - 37"966 - 37"891). This is also the first sub 1'54 here. Thomas claims there is still more than a second of potential left on this track.
February 21st 2007: Thomas Bolton has turned his head toward BC and stole the flap with 36"680!

After that, a war on PC erupted between Sascha and Fabien Da Silva. Fabien claimed he beat Sascha's time but to be safe, he posted it secretly so he could have the first sub 52 with 51"951 (17"269 - 17"293 - 17"389). Sascha first came up with a sub 52 of his own with 51"960 (17"382 - 17"249 - 17"329) but this was a little slower than Fabien's. Sascha had the last laugh with 51"856 (17"387 - 17"199 - 17"270) putting an end to Fabien's tricks! Going over to KB2 now, Sascha took these WR's with the polt in one run getting 40"888 (14"249 - 13"702 - 12"937) with 12"937 as the new flap record. February 15th 2007: Giulio Centrone beat Sascha Brauninger's BC flap with a time of 36"942.
February 14th 2007: センジュ's RR flap was finally beaten but from an unlikely player. Josh Habben got 38"925. It did not last very long because Nicolas Barco drove a 38"900 less than 2 hours later!
February 12th 2007: Back from WoW, Sascha Brauninger came back for some more mkds TT's by lowering his F8C flap to 24"371. It only took a day for Giulio Centrone to complete his revenge on WP by taking the 3lap away from BDash by subbing 2 minutes himself and edging his time out barely with 1'59"759 (39"484 - 40"237 - 40"038)!
February 11th 2007: The last 2 minute barrier has been broken. From Japan again and for his first WR this year, BDash got this monumental time on WP 3lap with 1'59"788 (39"652 - 40"049 - 40"087). Also for the first time, this WR was the first to be played back live using action replay so one can watch their ghost drive the record they had just set. This will become the new way of making video replays! Of course, Giulio Centrone would not take this defeat lightly. He lowered his WP flap WR even more with 39"462!
February 9th 2007: Giulio Centrone makes his way closer to sub 2 minutes on WP 3lap but could only take a small amount of time off his previous record with 2'00"320 (39"580 - 40"174 - 40"546). Fabien Da Silva got a new WR by improving his PC flap to now 17"185.
February 8th 2007: Once again, シヴァ got a new WR but it was on FS flap this time getting a time of 32"529. Thomas Bolton gave WP a try today getting a time of 39"726 beating Giulio Centrone's time from yesterday. Thomas also got the MMF 3lap WR defeating Sascha Brauninger's time by only 5 thousandths of a second with a time of 1'03"364 (21"264 - 21"109 - 20"991)! Last for Thomas is an amazing flap on SR using BLS on lap 2 to get a time of 32"743. Giulio Centrone would have the last laugh getting WP flap back that same day with 39"523. The special part about this time is that he used the bumpers near the end to push him down the track faster!
February 7th 2007: シヴァ makes himself heard with a new WR on PG flap with a time 28"488. Giulio Centrone joined the action on WP flap with his own sub 40 with a time of 39"741. He also took the WP 3lap beating the amazing time set by ホームラン with 2'00"378 (39"880 - 40"217 - 40"281)!
February 6th 2007: It did not take long for his Switz counterpart to strike back with Thomas Bolton taking DP1 3lap with 53"378 (17"806 - 17"720 - 17"852).
February 5th 2007: Fabien Da Silva took DP1 3lap with a time of 53"495 (17"763 - 17"841 - 17"891).
February 2nd 2007: Etch made a return to the Dokan Course where he took the flap sub 28 with 27"991 and improved the 3lap further with 1'26"620 (28"342 - 29"214 - 29"064). Getting away from the beta tracks, Fabien Da Silva beat Sascha Brauninger's WS flap by a small margin using egg1 with prb to get 38"412. Fabien also got the SG flap with a time of 20"475.
January 30th 2007: Lars Stelzig took back his pride and joy WP flap with 39"914 but once Sascha Brauninger unleashed his hoarded times our attention got quickly diverted. Only a month into the new year, Sascha took F8C 3lap under 1'14 for the first time and by the smallest amount possible with 1'13"999 (24"708 - 24"592 - 24"699). Not only that but it was with the polt and keeping prb for three full laps! He also got F8C flap but with BLS getting 24"416. There are only 14 more to go! Took YF 3lap barely from Fabien Da Silva with 47"413. Sascha improved his CCB 3lap slightly with 1'25"167 (27"876 - 28"599 - 28"692). Lars' time did not last long when Sascha also revealed WP flap 39"866. Some more 3lap WR's followed with TTC 1'33"943 and MC 1'30"824 (29"668 - 30"149 - 31"007). The BC WR's were finally dethroned! Sascha got 1'54"363 (38"053 - 38"869 - 37"441) and the first sub 37 with 36"958. Using the polt on MC1, Sascha took both MC1 WR's in one run with 38"677 (13"131 - 12"801 - 12"745) with the last lap being the flap record of 12"745. MMF creeps ever closer to sub 1'03 with Sascha's 1'03"369 (21"195 - 21"270 - 20"904). Just when you thought BP would not get any faster, he got a 5lap time of 42"742 (8"667 - 8"538 - 8"558 - 8"560 - 8"419). His last two WR's were CI2 3lap 46"614 and YC 3lap 1'26"727 (28"483 - 28"876 - 29"368).

January 1st 2006 - April 27th 2006: As WR's get beaten everyday, it has become rather difficult to keep track of exactly who has which WR and when. Michael Fried continued his dominance in the game fending off close rivals Christopher McMullen and Matt Flees at the start holding all 64 WR's at one point. As the game came out in other countries, players like Serkan Honeine and Jerome Francois of Australia, Martin Rudmarker, Dan Lindblad and Richard Karlsson of Sweden, Vincent Zee, Christoph Pijpelink, Mike Hartjens, Koen De Wilt, and Miguel Rodriguez of Netherlands, Tristan Eyma, Raphael Segas, Ding-An Chen, Paul Gourdon, and Robin Mazzucotelli of France, Sascha Brauninger and Simon Birker of Germany, Fabio Sacco, Giulio Centrone, Nicola Gatti of Italy, and Lars Stelzig of Denmark started to climb the ranks. All of these new players plus other rising stars from the USA like Josh Griffin, Etch, and Kevin McAteer all began to put the pressure on Michael Fried in keeping his title of #1. Slowly but surely, his lead in the WR tally dropped as other players caught up to him and started getting WR's of their own. By the end of February, a new World Champion had emerged! It was none other than Miguel Rodriguez who was finally capable of getting the title after fighting for it for over 3 months. While North America and Europe were busy competing on their own, Japan had embraced the prb discovery which quickly dropped the WR's on several courses. Several players including センジュ, セカンド, シチ, スラッシュ, ホームラン, ロンロン, マンタ, キラー, ポロ, ピッカチウ, やまさん, カビMAX, シンリ, マリオ?, ぷっぷ, Samurai, NOBUO, shuandtabear, and BDash led the charts in Japan. Of all their players, only one of them rose to the ranks to compete with Miguel Rodriguez and Michael Fried in the WR tally at the time and that was BDash. As the competition grew and WR's were still being broken daily, it was impossible to determine exactly who was ahead and when. Since Japan focused on exploiting prb, they quickly overtook WR's such as MC1, PC and DP1. With so many different players holding WR's now, it was anyone's guess how soon the Japanese players caught up with everyone else since the game was released there last. After Miguel Rodriguez took the crown, more of the Japanese records came into the light and realized how close they really were. With a continuous battle for WR's, it would not be until the summer that BDash would take the title of World Champion definitively for himself and so that the WR's could be accurately tracked there after.
