22 June 2010: "Vuvuzelas <3"
Movement

After being surpassed last week, #4 Dylan Gaunt is trying to take back his top three spot. He made a nice 0.1875 AF cut with a couple of God flaps, which included DKP 34"630, RMMF 20"661 and RCM 34"952. It could be a nice battle between David and himself coming up, as they start to leave Timur in the dust. With similar cuts on PRB, he solidifies his position, and continues to move very close to Myth overall, which should come any week at this rate.

Active during his first full week on the charts, #19 Sawara made just a little activity, also making a 0.1875 AF cut to solidify his top twenty position. He is actually not too far from #18 Milan Pacino, so we can see him make the pass in the near future. On PRB, he made a much bigger cut of 1.1406 in order to move up two spots, which included passing Simon Levy. His big cut basically came from just new RCI2 PRs as his old ones were just Non-PRB, but it looks as if he still has far more potential there.

Despite losing out to Sawara recently, #21 Simon Levy is still active and looking to make the top twenty once again. He seems to have slowed down a bit though, with just a 0.3282 AF cut as he brings the gap between himself and #20 Marshall LeVett to under 2 AF points. Simon hit some great times, which included high-ranked PRs on DKP with 1'47"432 Myth B + 34"745 God. A similar cut in PRB helped move him ahead of #20 Marshall LeVett on those charts, although he also did lose a spot to Sawara as mentioned earlier.

The biggest cutter of the week would be none other than #39 Stefan Mayr, who is continuing his tear and causing big movement in his area. Although his monster 5.9531 AF cut only bumped him up two spots, he is at least positioning himself in order to take down more karters along the way. He seems to be able to make big cuts with just a small number of PRs - that being just four this week. Those cuts were obviously large though, and also helped Stefan to reach Titan A overall. At this rate, he'll probably be the next Myth overall player on the Non-PRB ranks.

Last but not least, we have the MKSC machine #93 Mickael Smolen. He moves back into the top 100 after losing a position to Sawara last week, moving up eight spots with a 4.3910 AF cut. Double-digit PRs from him, almost all Hero ranked, except for one Titan time on RKB2 flap. He has just one Expert time left, so look for him to take care of that to end June, as well as possibly reach Hero B overall.

Movement outside the top 100 included #111 Murray Wright -3.0940, #118 Alex Frasca -2.5470, #146 Daan Becker -2.6720, #203 Troy Dunbeck -0.8440, #211 Alex Malone -10.7810 and #215 Nicholas Harvey -0.6090.

New Records

There were no new records this week.

Awards

Best cuts this week by a landslide, really all I need to say. But I'll add that he reached the top forty overall, and became Titan A of course as well. For another outstanding week, Stefan Mayr wins the POW for the third week of June!
