02 September 2008: "Who wants to try and stop Dave from getting POQ?"
Movement

#19 David Schiering and #85 Scott Abbey were active, but they didn't manage to gain the next spot up just yet. #89 Daniel Sloggett is contemplating a comeback and may give Scott more reason to reach Titan status. Dan hasn't played in almost 3 years now, but he says he hasn't lost his top-100 skills and can get some new PRs together.

The Brazilian trio were active again. #108 Paulo Roberto Presotto passed nine players and became Hero B. He needs another 11 AF pts to reach #100 Florian Vaz. #134 Jivago made a small cut to pass 2 French players. #256 Alencar Faria gained 19 places, but despite being so close to top-250 he plans to return to leave MKDD for a while and focus his effort on SMK again (where he's 3rd). To his credit, he did make it to the top-200 in 60Hz.

#157 Liam Stanton made it into the top-100 in 60Hz (No. 97 now) and is approaching the top-150 overall. He passed #161 Leandro Cavali, who we haven't heard from in a month. Liam needs another 0.2 pts in ARR to reach Hero.

#382 Dennis Scholl, who joined about two months ago, was quiet for the past month. He revived himself with a 21pt AF cut (11 PRs) to pass 23 players and make it into the overall top-400. He also made it into the 60Hz top-300. Close behind him is #433 Joe Sebeny, who passed 10 players. Joe is better known for his MKW skills these days, and he may be trying to double-up on the PRs: his new Peach Beach times in MKDD were submitted a day after he raced new PB times in MKW.

#521 Dave Smith is the biggest mover, scoring an 84pt AF cut to move up 84 places. No, he didn't have 32 PRs (he only had 27). On the 60Hz ladder, those cuts slotted him into the top-400 in 393rd spot. In ARR, Dave skipped Int B to reach Intermediate A. He should reached Advanced D with his next handful of PRs. Recent addition #562 Matt Erno was passed by Dave, but he passed 22 other players.
