| Movement Two players were removed (Karina Villa, Rosalinda Cancino), so people after about 90th place all gained a spot or two. From the most-active players, #102 Terrence Fenner is three places closer to top-100. #132 Paulo Roberto Presotto continues his weekly PRs to net a 10pt AF cut, moving up 12 places. #138 Alvin van Asselt was tricked/dared by Marc Schwartz to play Mush Bridge, so Alvin broke off his three-month absence and got 2 new PRs. Apparently he was playing while showing his live feed on the internet, and receiving tips from the karters watching. Anyway, Alvin only scored 2 PRs, but he passed four players. #144 Jivago Pacheco da Silva lost a little bit of ground on his Brazil rival Paulo, moving up 9 places and breaking into the top-150. #149 Ian Gee did similar, moving up 6 spots and having the added bonus of becoming the latest Hero player. Another Brazilian, #343 Alencar Faria, is warming up for a comeback. His most recent times were from February, but this week the famous SMK player scored a new PR almost every day. Recent addition #440 Dennis Scholl made a much smaller cut compared to last week, but he is starting to concentrate more on improving individual levels and checking out their best strategies. Which means he gets fewer PRs, but they're better. Among his 7 PRs was his first Expert time on his best track, Daisy Cruiser. Last week's new player, #599 Stefan Glosby, had a good showing for his first week on the site, cutting 75pts to move into the 500s. Keep going, Stefan... you need to catch up to Dennis New Records No new records. New Players Welcome to... Jose Karica, Panama (#555, Intermediate B). He joined after joining the MKW site, but notes that he got his scores back in 2003-04 and hasn't played since. |
