23 June 2008: "Russian vs Turkey final? It's been rather unpredictable so far..."
Movement

#12 Andrew Math passed #13 Bo Garman again to reclaim the USA No. 1 position. Bo had taken the position back with his recent comeback, but it seems he didn't hold it for very long. However, he mentioned before that he still has juice in the tank.

#32 Scott Dufault passed #31 Alejandro Hernandez on the 60Hz ladder (14th vs 15th), and should soon do the same on the combined ladder. His next target will likely be #27 Jake Sopcak, who is one position ahead in 60Hz.

#62 Alain Studer made a huge submission of 60Hz scores. He entered the 60Hz top-100 and is now 91st, thanks to a 53pt AF cut. On the combined ladder, Alain is only one or two PRs away from passing neighbour #61 Thomas Lander. Thomas is with The Army and Alain is neutral, so he may have to break a few diplomatic rules along with his upcoming PRs.

The Latin America contingent remains active, with #145 Paulo Roberto Presotto and #153 Jivago Pacheco da Silva making PRs. Paulo moved up three places and Jivago one places. Interestingly, Jivago passed Paulo in ARR.

Newcomer #550 Dennis Scholl made some new records in his first few days here. About 28pts worth in AF. He may soon pass #515 Rogerio Schneider and #537 Emeric Gosselin, who were semi-active. #582 Leonardo Schneider was the most active in the region, cutting 33 AF pts to break the 600 barrier and obtain his Intermediate B promotion.
