| Movement 60Hz #1 Marijn Jongbloed is continuing his rampage unchallenged, reducing his AF to 2.1. A little bit more and he will have a 1.xx finish, which doesn't happen too often in MK games. He is also approaching overall God rank in the combined charts -- he has 0.17 ARR pts to go. #63 Florian Chollet raced a handful of 50 and 60Hz PRs over the week. He passed #64 Alejandro Laflamme in the rankings, and now has the chance to pass 3 fellow Frenchmen: #62 Arnaud Teil, #61 Arnaud Guepey ('the other Arnaud') and #59 Thomas Lander. The player in between, #60 Alain Studer, plays for the Swiss but that almost counts as France anyway. Passing them would put Florian in the top-20 among the French army. #73 Prashant Bhoja broke his hattrick and couldn't wait another week to make it a full 3 years of inactivity. He is probably practicing for MKW. But in any case, Prashant scored 4 PRs and passed old rival #75 Paul Regeffe. Prashant and Paul were both here when the site opened (in 2003), and they've lost a lot of places over the years after retiring. Maybe Prashant will try to pass me as well... I'm only 4 places ahead #84 Chevallier Florian ('the other Florian') moved up 6 places, passing the likes of #85 John Anderson, #88 Andy Johnson and #90 Jeff Gutierrez. He scored his 2nd best time this week, which was a Titan+ on PB. #164 Joshua Dufault almost reached #161 Nicholas St-Louis. Just a few places away. He did, however, cut 26 AF pts and move up 23 places. And he became an Expert A. Top-150 is a small step away. #205 Andrew Howes is in a new rivalry and is currently leading in all of the stats. This week he came 6 places closer to the top-200 barrier, and will almost certainly be the first among his rivals to reach it. His closest rivals are #217 Leandro Cavali, who moved up 6 places, and #222 Alvaro Fababu, who moved up 5 places. The fourth rival, #231 Mark Engelsman, became active a little later but is quickly making up on any lost ground. He cut 22 pts this week, and could reach Leandro or even Andrew by next week if he can keep up his momentum. #347 Chris Kelley raced 8 PRs, including big cuts on his 'worst' track, DDJ. Chris passed 23 players, including #352 Mark Jones and #364 Nathan Stinson, on his way to becoming an Advanced A player. #457 Ian Gee was expected to play like a pro because of his player id. It's his first week on the site, and he scored 29 PRs, a 100 pt AF cut and moved up 101 places. We dare him to repeat that same effort next week New Records Two new records this week, once again by Marijn in 60Hz. He improved the Dry Dry Desert course record to 1'30"158. The old record was 1'30"18 by Aron Langerak, set in January. Marijn also improved the Dino Dino Jungle course record to 1'42"579, which is the first Myth+ time and 0"2 faster than Olivier Peruch. Marijn now has 15 WRs in 60Hz, almost four times as many as the next player. New Players Welcome to...
