Over in the Kings, Matt Nissenbaum and Maurice Fleer have been battling a bit, probably trying to get enough of a lead to delay me from someday re-passing them. They were both active throughout, with Maurice just being a bit more active most of the time. About a week ago Matt sent in quite a few new PRs that gave him a nice rivalry AF cut and got his record count up to 9, but then Maurice continued to send new times, cancelling out Matt's cut and taking back many of the records. I believe this is the third update in a row that Maurice has stopped Matt from getting an AF cut despite Matt's strong activity.
It's the first WR page update of the year because of a simple thing: finally someone resolved to put some effort on the game!!!
So let's go to what really metters...
VAJ did it! I think that it's not a surprise that this guy got his 1st WR on non-sc, he has been rising so fast (when he plays) that this time was already beeing expected for most of us. Vincent Tolhuis played a lot of MF lately and managed to hit a WR tie (1st of the year)on the flap. He had a 3 way tie with Karlo and Former Member at 23"40**!
One day after that Karlo Tomazelli was warned that VAJ tied him and MJ was also playing to get the PAL WR back on MF flap, afraid about loosing his WR, Karlo did what he needed to do. He broke the tie with VAJ and Former Member to estabilish a new WR and very strong, cutting "12 from the old one. Now it stands at 23"28*!
Turning it to PAL it becomes 27"99 witch is a very nice broken barrier!
What the hell people, it's March already and it's the very 1st WR done on this year? C'mon, give me some work already!!!
PS: I accept options for the 2007 color of the WRs on the WR Page, violet seems to be a bit gay.
3 King players had ranking promotions. Maurice Fleer made an insane ARR jump from 8.156 (King C) to 7.219 (King B) in only 4 days! Matt Nissenbaum reached King C. Stacy Needham reached King D. Thomas van Leeuwen got a bit closer to Patrick Hewson again. The gap is 0.5 ARR points now. Pat Bertovich and Scott Burtis were also active.
Pat Flor and Martin Rudmarker are quickly approaching the Elite ranks. Matt Ellis made a huge jump from #338 to #262 in AvgFin. John Kenny and Alex Hantson both made big jumps. Alex Hantson made the biggest jump of them and managed to pass Kenny on the AvgFin rankings (#421 vs #423).
